Works great, solves my problem hearing conversations, super customer service
I have owned a Simolio headset for over 7 years. I use it daily. I replaced the battery once. I decided last October to replace it with newer technology and ordered a new one. As always, it is fine quality and meets my hearing loss issues (better than my expensive hearing aids!) Recently, some sort of electronic interference issue damaged it. I contacted tech support, and they replaced it within a week of damage.My new transmitter came with a second battery and a second headset charging slot. I plan to buy another headset for when one of my “old” friends come over to watch movies. I have been impressed with the prompt response and courtesy of their customer service.

Excellent product & Customer Service
My TV listening devise of many years service finally died. I wear hearing aids so an over the ears headset presents feedback problems. The SM824D1 headset is open ears and very similar in style and operation to the one I had before and even came with a spare battery, which charges separately from the headset in the transmitter base.I found the sound quality of this unit to be excellent and since it is transmitted by RF and not IR, as the previous unit, I could even leave the room wearing the headset and still listen to the TV audio.The spare battery charger failed after a week or two of use. I emailed SIMOLIO Customer Service and received a quick response, and after a few back and forth emails to verify the problem, I was sent a new transmitter base.I cannot attest to the longevity of the product as I have only had it for a few weeks. However, based on recent customer Service experience, I would definitely recommend this company and the product, which is comfortable to wear and has excellent sound quality.

works well. Ear buds are a little uncomfortable. Too big to fit into my ear canal. must be well into ear for best sound. All and all they do the job for better hearing the TV.

Terrific Headset with Very Hard, Uncomfortable Ear Tips!
This headset is a great product! It works exceptionally well, at a very fair price. It completely eliminated my problem that I was having with over-the-ear headphones. I have a hearing problem and these in-ear headphones completely resolved my TV hearing issues. Take off your hearing aids, plug in the headphones, and you are “good to go” for a great evening of TV program enjoyment. These headphones are set up so that you can listen through the earphones and others can listen normally to the TV speakers or a sound bar, at the same time. The one significant problem that I encountered was with the ear tips, which, for me, are very hard and uncomfortable. I did some research and discovered that Amazon offers a great price on Comply Ear Tips. I contacted Comply and they very helpfully assisted me in determining that the “400 Series” of ear tips would fit these Simolio headphones. If you have sensitive ear canals as I do, these Comply Ear Tips (Super Soft Memory Foam) are the perfect solution to the problem. Recommend that you initially try the “assorted size pack” of 400 Series Comply Ear Tips to determine which size (Small, Medium, or Large) works best for you.

Hear much better
The earphones are excellent, hearing has improved to the level of enjoying entertainment again. Very easy to operate and you can walk all over your house without missing out on your tv shows.The only down side was the flat and expensive batteries aren’t holding up. Not due to discharging like one would expect but, because the batteries are bulging , becoming round. Once this happens they no longer make contact or will fit in in the earphones or chargers.Even with this problem, the earphones are superb. Customer service is even better and have replaced the batteries without any problems. They are even, at least from what I understand, looking into other battery options. Maybe this will help in extending the battery life and prevent further damage to the earphones and chargers.I would strongly recommend the Simolio for those with dialog hearing issues. The customer service is a plus and a strong reason to look into further purchases from Simolio.I have purchased units for my household and recently purchased the newer model for other family members because of the satisfaction of the units and customer service!

Non costa poco ma è ben fatto. Facile installazione, trasmissione ottima, voce chiara e resistente alle torsioni dei braccetti. Facile da maneggiare per un anziano poco tecnologico. Forse gli switch di on/off potevano essere più grandi, visto il target. Facile la ricarica ma poteva essere leggermente più facile l’incastro alla base per chi non ha più una perfetta manualità . Basta prenderci la mano.

This is a fabulous product ð I received it last week, It has made a great difference to my tv viewing, I can have t.v really low, and can watch my programmes in peace. ( without disturbing others) The range is brilliant! I can even hear it whilst upstairs or anywhere in the house. Five stars from me!

These earphones were ordered for my hearing impaired husband. But, they ended up being a lifesaver for me. The tv had been on so loud I was afraid I would lose my hearing. This brand was recommended to me by a friend. We are both pleasantly surprised with the excellent quality of the sound.
