Initially, we used a whiteboard calendar in the kitchen, which required manual updates each month. Here’s our comprehensive review:Installation and Setup:- Initial Setup: The initial setup requires creating a Sky email account to send photos to the device. When setting up the calendar, it’s essential to make the calendars on your phone public and use the Sky email for syncing. Although it takes a moment to populate, once you grasp the process, it becomes quick and easy.- Mounting Options: The device can be wall-mounted or placed on a counter with the provided stand. We opted for the wall mount, which was straightforward and easy to install. However, a built-in leveler would have been helpful to ensure the device is perfectly straight.Features and Performance:- Dual Functionality: This digital calendar not only replaces our whiteboard calendar but also doubles as a digital picture frame, allowing us to display numerous photos. This dual functionality is a delightful bonus.- Ease of Use: Managing the calendar is convenient once you familiarize yourself with the setup process. It’s excellent for organizing chores for both kids and parents, ensuring everyone stays on track.- Cable Management: One drawback is the power cable that exits from the bottom. A good alternative to a normal calendar
My kids eat, breath, and sleep sports. I honestly got tired of constantly having to write down all the practices, games, events, etc. Enter the Sky Light calendar! It’s a great calendar to have because I can go into my Apple calendar, add the event and it syncs to the calendar right away. It also will display the color coded calendar so you know who’s who. I also love that I can share access with my husband and can see when he has appointments instead of trying to figure out his schedule since he works different hours each week. The design is real easy to use and the size isn’t huge. You also can control the brightness. My only disappointment, you don’t get access to everything. If you want the shopping list or pictures, it’s $40 for the year. I personally don’t think it’s worth paying for since the calendar itself is pricy.

This is a great calendar, it’s done amazing for my oldest son’s chores as well as all but eliminated the age old question “ what’s for breakfast/dinner”.I was able to import the school calendar in minutes, and with the app update the calendar from anywhere.It’s also has a very affordable yearly subscription. I accidentally paid for it twice and the customer service was very prompt in giving me a refund. Definitely a must have for any busy family.

Got this to manage mine, my wife’s and my children’s rather hectic life atm. Managing work and school and clubs etc. It is fantastic, easy to use and even my wife who is terrible with technology really likes it. The kids are obsessed with the chores feature to get the rewards we set. Also being able to send it a screen shot of our work schedules and it automatically putting it on is brilliant. Haven’t tried the meal planning yet but something we’re going to look at next week. Also very very easy to wall mount and only needs 2 screws. So far 10/10 but it is early days

So practical for all our calendars, lists and chores. I wish I had waited for the XL version to come out.
