Sleep is Health!!
I have struggled with sleep on and off for several years. I am 71 years old and am very healthy, but know that sleep can really improve health, especially mentally.I don’t take medications but usually use food and herbs as well as supplements to maintain my health. That’s what I love about these patches is that they just use natural herbs.I found immediate improvement and have ordered 2 months more of the patches. I like that you can simply put a patch on 1/2 hour to an hour before retiring at night and then take it off in the morning. Usually I can sleep for a while but after I get up in the night to use the bathroom I have difficulty falling back to sleep. I haven’t had that problem since using these patches.My high school daughter found they were helpful for her sleep too.I find them to be very worthwhile, a good value and I highly recommend them!

Amazing!!!
Iâve had a hard time sleeping for years now and wake up at least 5 times a night. I about gave up on trying stuff to help, that was until I came across these patches! The very first night I had one on, I slept through the night and felt rested when I woke up the next morning.I place the patch on the back of my shoulder and havenât had any issues with it coming off! My skin also has never been irritated. I highly recommend these to anyone struggling to sleep well!

Made things worse.
Does not work. As a matter of fact, made my day worse. Still took me an hour to fall asleep after laying down. No deep sleep (or even sound sleep) meant I was crashing at 11am. I was simply exhausted during the day! This was worse than before I started using these. I tried these everyday for a week and on the last day I used two patches. Nothing.. just dead tired before lunch. I donât drink coffee or tea so it definitely wasnât some kind of sugar crash. Waste of money. Also, strong scent out of the package.

Love this product!
I have had trouble staying asleep since menopause, but these patches have been a lifesaver!! They are easy to use and there are no aftereffects. If I do wake up at night, itâs much easier to go back to sleep. I have them on my subscription list so I donât run out!!!

Product Didn’t work for me
I was very hopeful for this product, but I will still need to keep searching. I have a difficult time sleeping so when I saw this product claiming to be a solution, I had to try it out. I am not satisfied with the product at all. I did not feel any effects and still could not get to sleep in a timely manner. It attached well and the size was as described but neither of those factors matter if it will not help me to sleep. I cannot recommend this product to those people who really have an issue getting to sleep.

I like that this helped me get to sleep very quickly⦠I did not like that. It gave me a heck of a rash⦠Not only did my skin get rash, but it itched a lot.
