Fantastic machine
This was so worth purchasing. So far I’ve made milk shakes, slushies and coffee frappes and they have come out perfectly. Easy to use, easy to clean. And everything I’ve made tasted better the store bought..

Buy it NOW
If youâre on the fence jump now lol I love it Iâve had it about two weeks & I use it daily at times multiple times a day. Iâve made everything I could with it and itâs excellent. Iâm glad that I chose this over the Ninja after seeing so many of the issues itâs having bc Iâve not had a one with my Innoviva at all. Cleaning is easy as can be after my drinks are done I run the self cleaning with a little dawn and warm water. Then I pull it all out & hand wash the pieces altogether maybe takes about 3-4 minutes. Overall, I love this machine & your family will too.

My kids now want endless slushies
March just started. It’s still cold outside. My kids have been running this thing nonstop. They are almost certainly going to want even more slushies when it gets hot. This thing is popular. It’s so easy to use that the kids can use it themselves, which is both good and bad. It’s good because I don’t get bothered to constantly make slushies, and it’s bad because my kids are constantly eating slushies now. It has a child lock! …that my not quite five year old disabled in 30 seconds. Maybe it will work if your kids are incredibly dumb. If your kid understands the concept of a lock and is capable of even the slightest bit of deductive reasoning, you’re going to want to put this up.This is extremely easy to get running. You just dump stuff in the top, close it, press a couple buttons and wait. When you’re done, it will mostly clean itself, but I still take it apart and make sure that it’s completely clean.Your typical slushy mix is around 30% sugar. You can and definitely should dilute it quite a bit. You don’t just dump it in there and call it a day. I mean, you can, but it will make something incredibly sweet to the point where it’s disgusting. I have been basically acting like I’m about to make soda, and then I just dump it in the machine instead of carbonating it. I usually do a 1 part syrup to 5 parts water dilution. 1 to 4 gives you 6% sugar, so I go with that instead for slushies. For the math, if it’s 9g sugar in 30ml syrup, that’s 30% more or less. It’s not perfectly 1-1, since syrup is going to be a different density than water, but close enough. If you add an extra 30ml of water, you get a 1 part water, 1 part syrup mixture, and 15% sugar. Add another 30ml and you get a 2-1 mixture, which gives you 10% sugar. Another 30ml of water and now you’re obviously at 3-1, and 8% sugar. The next stage is 4-1, which is 6%. That means you’ll have added 120ml of water to your 30ml of syrup. 30ml is 1oz, if you never took chemistry and are hooked on freedom units. So, 1oz syrup and 4oz of water gets you the right mix for slushies as long as it contains 9g of sugar. If you’re using Torani syrup, it’s even more concentrated though. It’s 19g of sugar per ounce of syrup. That’s 63% sugar. You’ll want to experiment with that stuff, but generally 8-1 works with it. That’s one reason Torani is so expensive. It’s more concentrated than some of the cheap stuff. Before you go using whatever you have, go read the ingredients. Regular Mountain Dew is right around 13% sugar. That should give you a pretty decent baseline for how sweet your slushy is going to be, depending on how high the sugar percentage is. Think Mountain Dew is way too sweet? Dilute below 13%. Think it’s just right? Well, shoot for 13%. Don’t just go with the pure 30-63% though, unless you think Mountain Dew is nowhere near sweet enough. Personally, I like it below 10%. I’m not even sure if this could make a pure syrup slushy. I definitely wouldn’t go trying to make one.I can’t tell you anything about alcohol because I don’t drink. However, I can tell you that this makes some amazing milkshakes. My wife also dumped some frappuccinos in there and hit the frappe button. What came out was tasty. This thing is going to run 24/7 when summer gets here.

Awesome
We just love this slushie machine. We host our family once a month or so and this has become a big hit with the kids and adults. It could not be simpler to use, simply pick a recipe and add the ingredients and push a button, it could not be any simpler to operate. We do cut back on the sugar quite a bit but it is required for proper operation so you can only cut it back so much. The cleaning function works well but I still give it a final cleaning by hand. The price of this machine is well below what I would have expected to pay. We would buy this again. 5 STARS

Amazing slushie machine
Our family loves to have frozen drinks of any kind, and I was so excited to find this Inoviva slushie machine that requires NO ice!! Easy to use, and clean up is a breeze thanks to the self cleaning option. The capacity level is 88 oz, which is nice if you have a few folks wanting a frozen concoction. I don’t have a lot of counter space, and appreciate the sleek design, however I do have to put it away when not in use. Very functional in that you can make an assortment of frozen treats, whether it’s a frappe, milk shake or as advertised a slushie.

Endless slushies at home!
This slushie machine is excellent. The operating instructions are clear. We followed them to the letter, and enjoyed perfect delicious slushies right at home!No ice required, so there’s no dilution of your flavors. This really is GREAT!Cleaning is not bad as it has a cleaning cycle. This will be a huge hit with the young adults over the summer. The young adult in the family is enjoying trying out myriad “recipes”.Highly recommended!

For kids of all ages
My husband looked at me like I was nuts when I picked this slushy machine, but he helped me get it set up anyway. After unboxing, you have to wait at least two hours before plugging it in so the coolant can settle back in, we forgot about it that evening and left it overnight. Setting it up isn’t difficult, once it’s out of the box it’s easy to tell where things go. After cleaning the machine, I decided to test it out with some pineapple-mango juice; poured in the juice, powered it on, tapped the “slushie” setting, and the pressed the start button. It took about an hour and half before the machine beeped at us to tell us that it was ready, so we dispensed it into two glasses for us. Made an excellent slushy, and will be awesome come summer. May also pull out for various family get togethers. My brother is looking forward to us making some daquiris next time he comes over. All in all, it’s a good machine, works well, easy to set up, easy to run, and easy to clean.
