Great Lock with a lot of great features.
Overall, the lock has worked super well for the last year. Installing it was simple, as was hooking it up to the app. (though there are 2 different apps you can use… Next Lock was the one I found worked the best for setting up fingerprints and such)Fingerprint scanner worked, and I was able to set up several fingerprints for me, and for my kids. I didnt ever use the NFC Fobs to unlock since fingerprint was easier than using even wireless keys, but they did work when I tested them.My lock did break unfortunately. A part on the inside broke off and shorted out the motor which unlocks and locks the phone from what I can tell. I reached out to their customer support and they helped me out to get the issue resolved, which I am super grateful for.Overall, these are great, and not nearly as expensive as the other smart locks. (plus they have more features!)

Great lock!
I had some difficulty installing the lock at first so I decided to call customer service. It was 8pm my time so assumed they wouldnât answer but figured it was worth a shot. I received text messages first thing in the morning and they called me to make sure that I was able to install the lock correctly. The support agent Winter was super helpful and was very apologetic for missing my call.Lock is installed and works great! Super convenient. 10/10 would recommend!

A nice smart lock with lots of features
We installed a new front door and I wanted a quality smart deadbolt lock. I spent hours looking at the different options and I decided to go with this model. It was reasonably priced and had a lot of functionality that I was looking for.The lock was relatively easy to install. Yes, it took a little effort, but most locks do.I like this lock, but I have two (minor) complaints.1) The connectivity is sporadic. I can be standing next to the door, and it is hit or miss if I can lock/unlock the door from my phone.2) The fingerprint scanner is similar where it works randomly. If my fingerprint isn’t placed perfectly, it will want me to try again. I put my finger on the fingerprint scanner and no go. I repeat the process with the finger in the exact same position and it works.Overall, I am pleased with the lock. It has a lot of great functionality and (for the most part), it works well. It is very sturdy and looks great, as well.

No going back
I am spoiled by this lock. I love so many things about it.1. I never have to worry about locking myself out because I can use a code or a thumb scan to get in2. I can give friends and family unique codes that I can deactivate at any time if needed (or I can add their thumbs)3. I can set a temporary code that only lasts a certain amount of time when workers are coming to the house4. I have a record of who entered the home based on which code or thumbprint was used5. I don’t have to diddle with taking my keys when I walk my dogs– the door locks automatically behind me when I leave and opens without keys when I come back6. I feel more secure in my home knowing the front door is always auto locked.7. There is a physical key in case electronics fail8. The battery life is long9. My husband says it was relatively easy to install and set up10. You can quickly interface with the lock via a user friendly appMy only complaint is you have to buy a wifi-to-bluetooth adapter box thing to use all the features of the lock. We bought the adapter and it all went smoothly, I just find it slightly annoying to have to buy an extra gadget.

Terrible! 2 month lifespan only!
If you only want this lock to work for two months, this is the one! We bought this product because we loved the fingerprint idea and the tap keys. It installed super easily. Worked like a charm for all of two months. Now itâs no longer functioning. Keypad lights up but it will not lock or unlock and then it starts beeping loudly and alarming. We have changed the batteries. We uninstalled the lock hoping it would reset but it still has the same issue. I can stick a key in to lock and unlock but the keyless entry is no longer functional and we now have to purchase a new lock. We will steer clear of this brand because two months of use was not worth the money we paid. So disappointed!

Easy to use and great features
Lock was easy to install. I was surprised with how great the lock worked and what a great value it was with all of the features. The finger print detector reads your fingers so easily and love how she speaks to you. However, once I had to change the batteries the device stopped working. Luckily the device still had warranty. The support team was amazing. They saw I had tried calling and reached out back to me through text. The team was very responsive and helpful and were quick to send a new lock out. I had a new lock within the week. They stayed on top of everything ensured I received the new lock and everything was ok. Grea

I have 3 of these locks purchased at separate times after falling in love with the first one. I am a huge fan of not only how well each unit works, but the app. It’s a very simple app but allows you to set unique passcodes (permanent or temporary) and add fingerprints. I also love that each unit comes with keys for back up in the event of dead batteries, and multiple fobs.

Great solution to the old lock and key
I found the unit easy to install and we love the fingerprint recognition for our daughter so she never has to carry a key anymore and we donât have to worry about her losing it! Also love that we can open the door remotely and that we can program it to lock automatically because my family always forgets to lock the door at night. Itâs also cool that we can see a record of when people come and go and this helps us to know that our daughter has made it home safely from school.
