DON’T HESITATE!!
Holy moly! Let me just start by saying the customer service I’ve received from this company is AMAZING! Nothing short of spectacular. They really really really take pride in taking care of their customers. I made a mistake when removing a few links from my watch. When putting it back together I put the pins in backwards! I reached out to the company to advise them of my own stupidity and they went way far beyond anything I ever could have expected! They shipped me a new band free of charge with the 2 links I was trying to remove taken out for me already! What?! They didn’t have to do that! I was the one that made the mistake. I am so thankful and impressed. As for the watch itself I love it! I didn’t want one of those silicone band clunky looking smart watches. This watch looks like a very ladylike piece of jewelry! The watch is very well made. It’s light and most of the time I forget I’m even wearing it honestly. It’s touch screen is very responsive. The app is nice as well. It uses the FitCloudPro app. The only thing I don’t like is the watch face selections. None are really that cute imo. The display is bright. Another main reason I wanted this watch is because it can take my blood pressure. I recently ended up in the hospital with critical level blood pressure. It was asymptomatic (meaning I had zero symptoms that my BP was high at all, much less high enough to hospitalize me!) ALOT of smart watches can do the heart monitor. But soooooo many don’t do blood pressure. I compared my BP results to my results from an actual cuff and they were within 1 point of each other. It has tons of sports/workout option’s for whatever your workout flavor may be. The curved face is awesome too. Cuts down on glare alot. It can receive social media alerts as well. But you can only read them but not reply to them on the watch. For phone calls, the watch has a speaker so you can receive and make calls right from your wrist! And the sound quality is actually very good! It has a sleep monitor, gives you weather info, heart rate, blood oxygen, music, the battery life is about a week with being used every day, all day. It has a find my phone feature as well. It does alot for the price point! Very affordable. It looks and feels way more expensive than it is. And did I mention beautiful??? Would make a lovely gift for a lucky lady! If you are hesitant because of so few reviews, or a company you’re unfamiliar with…. Don’t be. I think I may buy more as gifts. This is a solid and pretty watch with a superb company behind it! Just do it. You’ll be happy and love it.
