We wanted one that just had digestive aid but not tons of added probiotic (which supposedly can be bad or affect some ppl if its too much).You can take up to 6 of these per day. We all take about 3-4 and that does the trick to keep us feelings slimmer, keep good digestion, and also having NO issues to use the bathroom daily if you know what I mean. Its not a terrible laxative kind of affect, just a nice smooth natural digestive help.Two of us have very bad digestive problems too, and it helps work wonders for us both.Canât live without em. We have bought many bottles for a long time, just only once had an issue where 1/4 pills were opened or broken but got a refund no problem. Maybe damaged during shipping. I love this product!! Having digestive is no fun. It was until my sister mentioned I might be lacking certain enzymes in my diet… I started paying attention. I couldn’t eat fatty or fried foods, hamburger, certain veggies, etc. Since taking these, I can eat whatever now except nuts, seeds + skins of certain fruit …that’s an intestinal issue. Taking 1 pill before either meal that I know would bother me …. well… NO MORE! Apparently, if your body doesn’t make enough digestive enzymes you can suffer from uncomfortable symptoms.With Essential Enzymes, no problem…at least for me. Everyone’s body is different, but it’s worth trying.I did use another brand sold on Amazon the very first time, but it went up in price by alot. After researching by viewing others and looking at the ingredients, the comparison from the other brand was exactly the same as Essentials.Eat what you want ð
