Excellent Set of Tools for Making Sourdough
A simple set of bread-making tools that reasonably durable and effective for making sourdough. My s/o is obsessed with sourdough bread, bread, and just carbs in general, and I was looking for an entry-level priced (less risk) solution to tack on to a pile of birthday presents, and this has been a great addition to our kitchen arsenal. Simple to use, simple to clean, and has so far held up well after a first use with our oven, I have no complaints about this system, and very pleased with the pricing. Perhaps the one minor qualm is getting accustomed to the silicone / fold out structure while mixing and kneading the dough together, the structural rigidity of a bowl is definitely more helpful. That said, assuming you make home-made sourdough once in a blue moon, with this being kept stored in a cabinet for that time, the fold out action of the bowls is a great space saver and does not occupy too much precious real estate in your kitchen. Would recommend!

Great kit
I bought this kit to take with me to a beginners sourdough making class and it had everything I needed inside! The silicone baskets fold up flat and is super easy to store. The jar for the starter is a nice big size and has the measuring band to wrap around it to watch the starter grow.
