Works great for my low vit d levels.

Typically, within a few days of taking this supplement, the pain in my feet significantly improves. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, and you only need to take them once a day. It’s a good product, and so far, it has worked great for me.

Quality supplement. This definitely boosts the vitamin d in your blood. When I had mine tested, it was between 63-67 from taking 5000 ius every day. This brand makes good supplements. I have a few they make. There are no side fx with this. I usually take this after I eat breakfast. They’re not too big and easy to swallow.
