Worth the price, works really well
I have had this mixer for over a month now and it is really good, I’ve made a few batches of Ice cream, I’ve made cookies and a cake so far and I am happy I made this purchase, it is fantastic for small batch items and for small families, it is small, but quite powerful and does an excellent job at mixing things. I would recommend buying it if you enjoy baking as a hobby, also the bigger 6.5qt will be better if you bake a lot more. I will hopefully purchase the bigger 6.5qt in the future if i decide to bake more, however if you live outside the u.s. and pay per weight when your package arrives, please consider that the boxes and packaging do add on a little more weight, and it is a bit heavier than the 7 lbs. specified in the description.

I’ve been revisiting baking since the cost of LIFE has skyrocketed and I have a massive buttercream frosting habit. But every time I made buttercream frosting w my handy-dandy hand-mixer (I’m almost 50, this is a staple in my kitchen), the powdered sugar coated EVERYTHING.Getting tired of the clean-up, I started shopping for stand mixers knowing full well I couldn’t afford one.Until I saw this.It’s cute, sure. Small: perfect. But powerful and sized enough to beat frosting with 1.5 c butter and 5.25 c powdered sugar.And. Keep. It. Contained. The angels are singing, y’all.I pulsed it (one-off) a few times when adding powdered sugar to prevent snow, but it held up. Beat butter for over 5 mins at a time at a higher level: got warm, but kept on trucking. I’m so darn happy. It wobbled a little as expected, but the suction base kept it secure.I made a “Valentines ME” lemon layer cake with the least amount of clean up I’ve ever had. AND it freed my hands to prep other ingredients while it worked.Easy to clean. Small to store. Great for home baking. RED.You deserve it.

I was whipping up some Tallow body butter in my KitchenAid mixer and it’s so big for such a little amount I decided to look up mini KitchenAid or something similar. So I found this and ordered it on Prime day and saved about $40 which is great. It was wider than I expected because they did not show a front view but a side view at all times in the description. So it is a little wide. So here is my pros and cons:Pros: I really like the speed and it blends very well.It’s very light which is great because I had rotator cuff surgery on my right arm last year and can’t lift heavy objects.It mixes very well and gets the job done.Fits on the Shelf on my Bakers rack so I don’t have to take it off and put it on the counter to use itEasy to use knobsEasy to cleanCons: It shakes like a broken mini bike. Don’t know if it’s supposed to do that so I’ll probably read more reviews to see that’s normal.Can’t really add anything to the mixture except liquid because the space is very small while you’re blending.It’s louder than my KitchenAid however I’ve never heard a silent blender.For the money it’s a great value and it gets the job done.

First, I do love this mixer. Itâs just me & my husband, & as much as I love the commercial-grade appliances, I do not need them. This will work for pancakes, a box cake mix, mixing your own dressing, & Iâve just made butter with it.Now, let me state some things that could help you decide if this is the right size mixer for you & yours!Yes, technically a 3.2 capacity, & thatâs just over 12 cups. I filled it with 12 cups water & it was *right* to the brim of the bowl, so there is absolutely no way you will be able to use 3.2 quarts of anything. I put 1qt (4cups) heavy cream in there & it did a beautiful job with making the butter. From that, I got about a pound of butter, & 2 cups fresh buttermilk that I freeze & use for French toast, pancakes, or other baking. There is zero chance Iâd have been able to make a double batch, or 8 cups of the aforementioned 12 cup capacity, without it becoming a huge mess on the counter. So know that it is 3.2qt capacity, but maybe about half that is useable capacity. I have included photos & used a 1 cup glass measuring cup for reference.Next, I have arthritis & the Kitchenaid mixers I have had in the past would now be very, very difficult to move on my own. This little honey has 4 strong suction cups that keep it securely in place on the counter, itâs compact enough to leave in its own spot, & when I do need to move it I can do it on my own & without having to ask my husband.Finally, just a helpful hint. When I took off the bowl a little buttermilk got on the area where the bowl sits, & so I wiped it up. When I went back to do my normal post-use wipe down I pushed it back & there was some buttermilk on the counter. So when you clean it, take care to wipe the bowl seat & underneath the unit itself.Overall, this is perfect for my needs. If I baked like I did in my younger days, it wouldnât have worked at all.Update, I wanted to show the capacity & mess. Again, not a complaint, just something to be aware of. The video is when it actually turns to butter & goes everywhere. I donât use the spatter shield, I just drape a kitchen towel over it & it helped. Next time I wonât be making a video & it will be less mess. & this baby is cheaper & better than a butter churn I bought on Amazon & returned because it arrived broken. You will love this gem if you are prepared for the small size.

Je croyais quâil était plus gros mais non trop petit pour pétrir la pâte. Attention â¼ï¸ des fois ils sont mis en litres et dâautres en quarts. Jâen ai commandé un deuxième et il était en quart et encore trop petit. Reçu le 3 ème et dernier il fait 6 litres. Mais je trouve que le remboursement est trop long. Vous êtes averti il est très joli mais trop petit pour moi et ce que je veux en faire.
