Great on stubborn stains
I realize the before and after, aside from the pink foam in between shot may not look all that different. Nevertheless, the stains picture went from immovable with not even a toilet brush (ha!), Comet (useless), baking soda (fail), god knows what other products and a ridiculous amount of elbow grease with my arms half submerged in a toilet bowl and (yuck) splashing water, and time spent with cleaner sitting in the bowl waiting. Worked well enough on one toilet which was much more gruesome of a task to face (sadly for the interested consumer, no photos of that transformation) in the house that I ordered more for the other. This product doesnât work miracles effortlessly, for my toilets at least, as some follow-up scrubbing (with a standard toilet brush, the work did not require breaking out my pumice stone) is required. I am hopeful putting this product into my regular cleaning rotation for now will equate to less effort in the maintenance of my toilets.Importantly, after a semi-successful clean with one packet following the instruction, I let the second packet sit in the other toilet over night. Highly recommend letting the product do whatever it does for longer than the directions state. No visible damage to the bowl (what can I say, I live dangerously) following the longer application.

Works nicely.
I tried this on a whim. I’ve been looking for a foaming cleaner for the toilet. It’s easy to use. Just pour and let sit, then brush. I feel like you still need a liquid to get up under the rim but this works well on the bowl. You have to scrubbers anyway. It’s a bit expensive,so since I need the liquid anyway, I’m not sure what benefits there are to this.

Foaming action … too good to be true.
This product is advertised to do almost all the work with the foaming action. Brushing after 10 minutes is required per the directions. We tried this on two toilets in our home and were very disappointed in the results. The units were not overly dirty when starting but the appearance after using the pink product looked almost the same as before. It did not remove the discoloration below the waterline. It did not remove the waterline. It didn’t clean well under the rim. It just did not do a good job. I feel this is a waste of money.

Nothing more than a pink foamy novelty
After all the great reviews and my own positive results using the Pink Stuff cleaner, I was expecting something more than a just a foamy pink novelty.Aside from those first few minutes after pouring the stuff in my toilet, NOTHING HAPPENED.After waiting almost a half hour, scrubbing the heck out of my toilet & flushing as directed, it looked ALMOST as clean as it does after using any garden variety cleanser. The rust/calcium stains are still there, the look of an old well water rural toilet hasn’t changed and my search for a decent, effective toilet cleaner goes on.Very disappointing, too much hype for too little performance.

Really cleans the toilet well. I especially like how you can leave it in longer than anticipated, and it still does not cake onto the inside of the toilet. Comes off easily with a regular scrub brush, do not need to use anything harsh to scratch the surface. Very pleasant smell, not overpowering.

Does not work as advertised.
I live in an area with very hard water & am renting a place where the toilet had a huge ring of mold in the bowl when I moved in. While I can keep the mold growth to a minimum, I’ve never been able to get rid of it completely. So my toilet problem points are a ring of mold around the top of the bowl & a ring of lyme buildup at the resting water level in the bowl – sometimes with a bit of discoloration as well.This contains 2 packages of powder-1 pkg per use. I needed scissors to open the pkg/pouch. Flushed, let the water come to a rest & poured the pkg in. It does foam up quite a bit, but did not come to the top of the bowl which is where the mold line is.The scent would be pleasant to me if it weren’t so dang overpowering. It is WAY too strong-to the point I had to put on a mask in the hopes of not choking on the overwhelming smell.I waited the specified 10 min before scrubbing, flushed, &…it looked no different than if I’d used my regular toilet bowl cleaner ( which costs $3-$4 & lasts about a season/3 months compared to the 2 cleanings total for this).This just does not deliver the promised results. It’s more expensive than my regular (brand name, popular) toilet bowl cleaner, provides considerably fewer cleanings, & does the same job as said normal cleaner, so it’s just common sense to stick with the more cost effective option.Learn from my experience & save your money. Just keep buying your regular product, or use this $5 or so bucks to invest in some long rubber gloves & a pumice stone (& maybe some CLR) which actually works to remove all that lyme, mold, calcium, & rust when you combine it with some good old fashioned elbow grease.
