Amazing Bands so Versatile you can use them anywhere
I’ve had these bands since 2022 and haven’t written a review and felt like it was time I should. I cant recommend them more..they are so fantastic and have helped me progress and get stronger doing so ma y body weight exercises. The bands helped me.get stronger to do pullups and chinups on my own, pushups and now working on doing L-sits and handstand. I use them pretty much every day and they are so strong and durable. I use them indoors, outdoors, on rings, on trees, pretty much anywhere and they are so reliable and help me get in a good all over body workout. I can’t recommend them more

Good, simple
These have been great for my boys working on pull-ups. I paid $30 in early October for them. Now they are listed as a black Friday sale at the same $30 ð¤¦ââï¸. Definitely have been worth $30, and I would buy another set they were actually on sale for $20 or maybe even $25.

These are some Tough Bands!
So I bought these with the hopes to do a host of things with, but these are not the bands for that. If you want versatile bands, purchase resistance TUBES. They will provide with resistance, flexibility and versatility. These bands have so much resistance that using them for anything else besides pull ups is tough. The blue and green bands are the most versatile in my opinion as I can do other things with them since they have a little more give, but the larger bands are not going to be of much use to you outside of pull ups.Moves like lat presses or triceps extensions–moves that require the band to give a little bit, even with resistance, aren’t doable with these bands in my experimenting with them. The bands are just too thick and taut. I was looking for something with a little more give like the resistance TUBES provide, as those are much more versatile, but not as strong as resistance bands are. You can do rows with these, I havent tried pull ups with the thicker bands but, im sure they are great for pull ups because these bands are so thick. I have really just been using the blue and orange bands for rows really. They just do not have enough give to do much else, for me anyway. May vary for others.Good quality bands though, but tough and probably more useful for pull ups and little else.

Absolutely Delighted – UPDATED
This was a pandemic purchase. I already have a weight set in the basement, but had grown stale on it. My goal with these bands was to at least maintain the progress I’d made since my barely pre-covid knee replacement – and hopefully make even more progress.The good news – AFTER USING THEM EXCLUSIVELY FOR TWO MONTHS – is that they are versatile, and I’m able to replicate most of my favorite gym-based exercises. I felt challenged. I got great pumps. And my monthly progress photos showed improvement. I absolutely fell in love with them and will never completely stop using them. Plus, they have a lifetime warranty, so replacing them in case of breakage gives peace of mind. ****UPDATE: Well, one of my bands snapped, which was going to happen at some point. But it was after A LOT of use. So I contacted the seller through Amazon Messages. They provided the email address to their product department. They were courteous and helpful. And, as promised, they sent a replacement band. Very satisfied.****The learning curve in how to use them and the proper resistance to use wasn’t bad, but some experimentation was needed.Now, if your goal is to become Mr. Olympia, this probably won’t be your ticket to winning a Sandow. But if your goal is hypertrophy, or to get and stay strong, or even just to get and stay fit, then these bands will make you very happy.

Exactly what I wanted
My physical therapist recommended I get a set of these for some of my mobility moves. I wanted bands that had a wide range of strength, and these fit the bill. They are heavy – even the easiest one. They should last a long time. Definitely not cheap and thin. They come in a carrying bag, though I’ll likely hang them on a doorknob.Five stars for what I hope (and expect) to be a product with longevity!
