I love the tips provided in this book. There are sections for digestive health, respiratory health, immunity, skin care, hormone balance, pain management, mental well-being, emotional well-being, and detox. I especially appreciated the section on digestion since I was born with a “bad” gut. I also found the section on inflammation useful since I had surgery a couple of years ago. Well done and does a good job of covering a wide variety of topics/herbs while still giving enough detail on each one to make you feel like you can pull out actually useful information.
