Convenient Product and Great Service
First off this product is a great concept and works really well with the app. We have used it since our baby was born to track feeding times and diapers. This has helped us gauge improvements to our routine and also gives us good data when talking with our pediatrician.The device is nice because it allows us to discreetly enter information at night when we donât want to make a ton of noise or click through in app on our phone. We can just tap a button and the data is logged. Later we can go back and add details in the app like ounces of milk.We had an issue with a button sticking and the support team was very responsive to help us fix it. All around we love this company and highly recommend you give them a shot if youâre looking to establish a good routine with your newborn.

Good idea, needs refinement
After not having a very user-friendly tracking system for our first born, we decided to buy this for our second. Overall, itâs functional, but there are some problems Iâve encountered that leave me unsatisfied.1. While the buttons are technically customizable, they come pre-labeled to match the default settings, and these labels donât come off. If you want to customize the buttons, you have to put a new sticker on top of the existing label, and then the old label is visible through the sticker.2. I have one of the buttons set up with a timer. Often, I will open the app to randomly find that the timer is going as if I pressed the button when I havenât. The remote is left in the same spot, where it canât get bumped or jostled, and yet that button keeps randomly registering and tracking things that I donât want it to track.3. The notification options are lacking. I want to be able to get a notification any time certain events are logged, partially so I can make sure that the device and app are logging things correctly, and partially so when my husband and I switch off on baby duty in the middle of the night, we donât have to ask when her last bottle or diaper change was. The only notification option in the app, even with a paid premium subscription, is to be notified when itâs been a set amount of time since the last time an event was logged. In theory, I could set it up so it logs me when itâs been like one minute since the last event, but then I wouldnât be able to get notifications when it genuinely has been too long since her last feeding or diaper change or whatever. I want notification options for both.

Update: customer service resolved all my issues quickly.Had I known that I needed to purchase a subscription to fully utilize this product I would have just found a separate app. If all the functionality was there this would be super easy to use but I refuse to spend $100+ only to turn around and have to buy a subscription to make it easier to use. If you buy the item especially at this price you should get full functionality. Just greed.

Not worth the price
I really liked the idea of this. But for the amount of money it costs itâs not that great of quality. Itâs completely plastic. It has a very strong electrical smell to it. There is no on and off button. So if you donât mount it. You will most likely accidently hit the buttons and track things you didnât mean too. Itâs not rechargeable but can either be powered with batteries or plugged in 24/7. It didnât even come with a USB cord to do the plug in option. This product at most should be 30 dollars.

Easy to use!
This lil guy has been a lifesaver with our newborn. Tracking everything really helps when going to their doctorâs appointments. Buttons are easily customizable with the app and itâs sturdy (accidentally dropped it with no damage). Uncomplicated pairing process when you first set it up. Seriously has made our lives so much more simple, which is what you need with a brand new baby.

Wonât connect to WiFi
I had been waiting forever to get this item to make it easier to track task with my baby. Unfortunately the item wonât connect to wifi and I really believe it is due to receiving a used one. The batteries were already in it and the person left the plastic in the package. Itâs even carpet lint on the pads. The battery pack on the machine also is not flush as whoever had this item prior to me must have struggled getting the batteries in. I was okay with still using it but it wonât connect to wifi at all after the 50 times I have constantly tried. Very sad and will be sending back.

I was undecided if I should keep or return because I thought it was being to “data mom”, but this and the app make early mornings and late nights easier – no mystery on how the night went or how much she’s eaten. Recommend this to every new mom.
