So Far So Good!
I am familiar with the Tejocote fruit otherwise known as Mexican Hawthorne I did not know about it’s medicinal benefits. right now I am taking one capsule every other day and start taking one daily this upcoming week. I have lost 2 pounds since I sartrted taking it I hope it was due to this and not just water weight. The jar can be smaller though the container is too big for the amount of capsules contained there is too much empty space and it just was filled with a tiny amount of cotton.

Somewhat difficult to evaluate
Tejocote (Mexican Hawthorn) root is said to have a number of beneficial effects. Unless you are targeting a specific issue, it can be a bit difficult to measure the efficacy of these supplements.Besides the root extract, it lists a number of other ingredients I would classify as “won’t hurt, might help”. However, the listing seems somewhat incomplete as it does not contain any quantities (just a total of 500mg “proprietary blend”).On the bottom of the ingredient list it notes: Percent Daily values are based on a 2000 calories diet. While that sounds fairly good, there are NO values or percentages listed for anything, so it’s a nonsensical statement.It also notes that “Lactospore is a registered trademark of Sabinsa Corporation”. While this is good to know, it is not clear whether this proprietary mix contains any Lactospore, or if this is just an educational side-note.As others noted, the supplement comes in a typical cheater pack which is way oversized for its contents. Unnecessary waste of resources.I will update this review if I notice any significant effects of this supplement, be they positive or negative, with a particular focus on appetite reduction. For the time being, I would suggest you exercise caution and do plenty of research before committing to products that come at a steep price and are somewhat poorly labeled.

See photo above for exact size. This product may not be suitable for vegetarians as on the ingredient panel, it states that it is made with a gelatin capsule. See photo above for ingredient panel to ensure that you are not allergic to any of the components before ordering. This product contains hawthorn, prickly pear, apple fiber, pineapple powder, and cayenne pepper, in addition to the probiotics.When opening the bottle, I found this product to be virtually odorless.If taken as suggested by the manufacturer, the 60 capsules in the bottle should give you a 2-month supply if you take one pill a day. The bottle says that it is made in the USA at an FDA registered facility. The expiration date is September of 2026 on the bottle I received.Give it a try if it seems right for you.

has really been working very well for me
I’ve noticed it truly has helped me, my weight has gone down, but i am wayy more dehydrated so i must drink a lot of fluids too and it has helped to cut back on my appetite i just dont feel as hungry as i was before. and try to drink more than eating all the time. seems to be a good product wish it came with a larger supply, more bottles this has truly helped me so much and doesnt upset my stomach or make me cramp really bad

It should work for nervous people at the price
Nervous people tend to have digestive problems, which include running stool and the tendency to have bowel movement more than once a day that is inconvenient. It may be caused by the weaker immune system due to stress resulting in a weaker population in the colon of good bacteria, which remove water from the stool.Here come probiotics. They enhance the population of said bacteria, but not instantaneously. Be prepared for 2 weeks of taking the supplement before seeing a result. The other, concurring concern is to check for and remove potentially allergenic foods by restructuring the diet. If the result of such a verification was negative, it could be only nervousness.The dose per day is 1 cap with 1 billion (B) bacteria (CFUs). So the bottle lasts for 2 months at $36 or $18 per month. There are supplements with up to 35 B CFUs per cap for $18. Probiotics are not specific for a particular type of bacterium. So maybe the probiotic with the best price per 1 B CFUs is the best.
