I bought this for my daughter for her back pain. I have a TENS machine that is different, and it does wonders. This TENS machine has helped my daughters back pain greatly. It was her first time using a TENS machine. I am working on getting myself one of these as it has a lot of different settings, easy to use, small, transportable, and has great quality products. I highly recommend this.

All and all, this type of product (Tens) works very well for me!I’ve had another mfg’s unit in the distant past, with success, so I purchased this unit from Jeff.This Tens therapy unit works great!Except, in my personal circumstance. This unit will finish a cycle, and stop the process. But! It doesn’t shut off the unit.But instead will emit a very high pitched beep! High enough in frequency, and low enough in volume,that I can’t hear it. (I’m old with hearing loss) But others in my home who can, will tell me, now that it’s understood I can’t hear it! Will say, “you’re beeping!”My suggestion is to those like me, with hearing loss, find a different unit to buy. To the manufacture, this is an easy solution to fix.Build in a “shut off” to the power source, as well as the “sounding device” !!I bought this particular unit because of it’s simple controls, and low price. It’s just lacking in this one feature.Would I drop another $10 – $20, for a more sophisticated unit, no!I must remember to turn the unit off when I’m the last one to bed!

A great product!
What a lifesaver this unit has been. Three of us have used it for lower back pains and spasms. I ordered extra of the pads. The ones that came with the unit of lasted three or four months I’m just at a point where I will need to use the new ones. This works well turns itself off and is very powerful if you need it to be.

Compact, Versatile, Effective. Good price.
This TENS unit was a good buy: very affordable, versatile, compact, and effective!At first I thought the modes are too limited, but then I started to experiment with various settings, changing the ratio between hertz and pulse width. Once I did that, I was able to find the optimal mode setting for my needs.The unit is very handy, and I appreciate the clip added, so that I can walk around when using it. If there’s anything I am don’t find optimal, then its the fact that the battery is not rechargeable; at least it lasts for a long time.As far as the healing impact goes, TENS units only give temporary relief. They can loosen muscles sufficiently that enables a therapist to work on the actual problem. In short, its not a healing device in enough itself but it can be a precursor to healing. I can highly recommend it for this purpose.

Finally a good, solid unit
I needed to replace my old Reliamed unit which was purchased through my chiropractor over 20 years ago, and I’ve been thru several iterations of different TENS brands and designs which have all disappointing at best. My original unit was nearly bullet-proof, but the ports were failing and it was no longer reliable. Though I just started using it, this TENS 7000 seems to be a good solid, no nonsense unit. It has real storage case and a large metal, wearable clip (BOTH, yay!). Other brands had one or the other, and the clips were cheaply made plastic, which was one of my biggest peeves. On set up, I found that the default settings (esp. the rate) were much higher than my original unit settings, but it was a no-brainer to adjust all the settings. The only annoying bit is that the minute timer setting includes an annoying bunch of beeps at the end of the cycle. So far I have not found a way to turn it off, other than setting the timer to “continuous” and turning if on/off manually. Also, I’d advise folks to actually read the quick start guide and manual to get it set up to your liking, before actually using it.

As physiotherapist it’s very effective and similar to the one in the clinic. There is five or six different types of waves each one has different effects. The electrodes lose the adhesive side you should pay another one.
