This is awesome!
I just wanted to say that I have been struggling with my sleep for as long as I can remember! Iâm over 50 and sleep is a priority and I have tried everything under the sun. I came across this and said why not? After the 1st night of taking it I woke right up to my alarm in the morning and had a pretty great day. I’m a female in my 50’s and healthy. Just need a sleep aid. I’m very familiar with natural holistic approach.
I was looking for a natural remedy in a sleep aid. Due to the reviews, price range, and natural ingredients, I was hopeful and purchased this. I tried it. Didn’t relax me at all to unwind and be able to go to sleep.
Wanted to try something more natural but at this point, melatonin is better. I will continue to do my research as melatonin is not good to take consistently either.
The reviews were very misleading and it’s very expensive to not work at all. I would really think twice about this purchase. Very frustrated because of the money lost!
