You don’t need to use much ice and still lasts
I’ve been using this thermos for a few months at work and while not at work. It is the perfect size for refills at the gas station or like fast food I’ll just pay for a drink and they’ve all let me use this for the price of the small or refill so it’s cheaper plus a large drink from a fast food place is usually around 32 or maybe like 40 ounces. Downside to this is you can’t fill it all the way or it will spill on you you need to leave about a half inch so it’s probably more like 60 oz which is ok. So I think it is rated for 12 hours. So let me say 12 hours is true but more if you’re keeping it at room temp. I went and got a powerade refill at a gas station 12 hours ago and i wake up and there’s still ice in it and the powerade isn’t that watered down. And I didn’t use much ice because with this thing it keeps it cold so well I know I don’t have to. This said it was indoors the whole time. That said when I use this at work I keep it in my company truck and on the stop and go so probably over half the time it’s in the heat. Now at this pace I don’t use very much ice but it lasts as long as I’d ever need it to because I always keep going through it and don’t get to really test it but I can say it lasts a solid as long as I’ve ever needed to and the heat doesn’t really slow it down even in the heat I’d say probably a good 8 hours no joke. It’s utterly insane to me how well this thing keeps it cold because say I used a foam cup it helps over a regular cup but even then in the heat max it stays true is like 40 min to an hr. And a regular plastic cup like 20 minutes. Only downside is u have to be careful with the handle at the right angle it can come out. But I’ve put it through a lot of abuse every single day as a construction worker and it hasn’t had an issue. Best thermos I’ve I ever use and this is an absolute must buy if u work in the heat or need a good size. In my honest opinion the size of this thing is so perfect. I’ve used it for around 70 refills which saves me around a dollar each time so to say this has paid itself back to me and continues to do so with total convenience is a definite honest understatement.

It is a very practical bottle of an ideal size for my ten-year-old son, it keeps his water at a good cold temperature, and it has the ideal capacity to keep him hydrated during his soccer practice.

It is great for hot days. Keeps the water cold and holds a lot. We’ve gone through many other thermos that were smaller and metal. This is what my 9yo soccer player needs in the summer.

Edited +6wks Aug; Your typical Chinese plastic product but with some thoughtful design and unexpected quality. I would buy this again, here’s why:- hasn’t leaked yet. Laynig on it’s side or even while tipping it up like all the other jugs I’ve had and no longer use. Really Nice.-no vent hole. I’m an adult and understand the difference positive/negative pressure in the jug. One less spot to leak down the front of your shirt. Nice-big nipple. Raised nipple, right size for drinking. Nipple cover folds out of the way for access. Easy to latch onto and drink. Really nice.-Big snap lid. Covers the whole area around the spout, stops the dust and dirt from collecting around nipple. Easy to un/lock. Really really nice!-locking snaps. Double lock, one push button for use, which is surrounded by plastic protecting it from side impact and accidental unlocking. Over locking latch for travel. Nice.-contoured handle. The handle is formed to the circumfrance of the jug with little indents where you grab to drink on the handle and jug itself. Nice. (Although I think they should of had this resting on the backside where gravity and your grip would keep it against the jug).- removable seals. The seals can be removed and washed. Nice.Longevity has yet to be tested and keeping lemonade cold from the fridge on the factory floor last longer than the drink does (5hrs).4 stars for now, 5 pending longevity.I would buy this again, if it lasts, for $13.Sept; 6 weeks in, several drops, take to work every day. With ice, stays cold 8hrs no problem. Button to open could be a little bigger, can’t get to it with gloves or big fat thumbs. All good so far.I like it so much I ordered a second before it’s discontinued.
