Great multivitamin…if you can tolerate it
Good: Decent, honest vitamin/mineral stack. Imho excessively high B12 and chromium doses, but quite good otherwise. (I say “honest” because the Thorne product does not pad its ingredient list with dozens of dubious plant extracts in doses far too small to be useful – an annoying trend in this market.) Thorne’s claims of quality and bioavailability seem to be on target; I definitely notice the difference when I skip taking them for a few days.Bad: You definitely don’t want to take these on an empty stomach. I popped two immediately after I received my first order, and that was the first and last time I did so. They’re easily tolerated if you take one each with morning and evening meals. Get more than an hour or so away from meal time, however, and you can count on a bout of queasiness. Price is about mid-range for similar stacks from other brands, but their claimed quality control might make it worth the higher price.Ugly: Oh dear god, that SMELL! It isn’t like B vitamins smell all that good to start with, but opening one of these bottles is like stepping into an organic chemical factory. I find it hard to believe they can’t find a way to mitigate this.Bottom line: Once you find a way to choke it down, this seems to be pretty good stuff. I definitely have more energy and focus when taking it regularly. They have to do something about the smell and taste though. Five stars, barely.

Fantastic Ingrediants
I’ve been on my health and fitness journey for a few years now and am constantly researching online and talking with fitness friends about supplements. The one brand name that has continued to pop in so many of my work and social circles is Thorne. They are just known across the more serious fitness gurus as the top-notch name brand to go with.I have been taking a multi-vitamin for decades and have switched over that time between many different name brands (Klean, GNC, Centrum, and others). All are fantastic, but some of these have caused a little upset stomach to me and my stomach rarely has any digestion issues. I also often wonder about the ingredients as these brands do not have the reputation that Thorne does. I switched about four months ago over to this Thorne multi-vitamin and I am not certain if it is a placebo effect or real, but wow has this multi-vitamin changed and improved my energy level. I never had issues with energy before, but with these multi-vitamins I feel so much more aware and ready to take on the world. Definitely will be staying with this as my multi-vitamin going forward! The only downside I do need to bring up that I have ready so many other posts about and agree with is the taste. I can’t quite describe the taste and smell other than that it is pretty foul. However, if you take it quickly with your drink of the day you will not get a whiff or taste of the pill as you take it. Definitely worth the trade off for taking a high quality multi-vitamin.

Amazing Quality
My hormone Dr, who is also an internist, only recommends Thorne. Their vitamins have backed science and quality ingredients, vs cheap fillers like other brands.I was having issues with hair loss, due to not getting in enough nutrients from food. Taking one of these in the morning and 1 at night was a game changer. The smell is horrible, it reminds me of my hamsterâs pee when I was a kid ð but they donât taste and I feel amazing thanks to them!

So far so good
Second day in, best with a full belly! Otherwise, you will feel nauseous on a empty stomach. If you are smal person, like a teenager size. Best to take one a day instead of two. These are strong, and never mix with your other vitamins! Talk to your doctor before taking them! The smell is gross, but thats what most capsules multi vitamin smells like, especially with iron in it.

SMELL
Great vitamin. Makes me a little nauseous if i dont take with food. I trust this brand is quality. Only down side is the SMEELLLL. Its absolutely awful, smells like old lady urine mixed with antibiotics. I packed these in a suitcase and my whole bag smelled like the vitamins. I have to say, the smell makes it difficult to take these every morning but I am powering through it bc I know its a good quality supplement.

DANGEROUS DO NOT TAKE!
I am a very healthy 40yo. I was looking for a daily vitamin and made the mistake of not reading the reviews first. Never again! Vitamin B12 toxicity is a real thing. 25,000% is too much! I found out the hard way after a trip to the emergency room due to these pills. To much vitamin B12 flushes the potassium from your blood stream. I had been taking these pills one in the am and pm for 6 days, on the evening of the 6th day I started to feel wrong, my body didât feel well, I was weak and nauseous. My husband helped me with some food and liquids and I felt better. On the 7th day in the morning I took my am pill and within an hour I was nauseous hand a headache and started to feel weak again. I told my husband maybe I just needed to lay down, I did so and within another 15 min my hands started to tingle and go numb. I told him I think I needed to go to the hospital something was severely wrong, by the time I made it down the stairs my whole body tingled and it was getting harder to walk. He helped me to the car and on the way to the hospital it was all I could do to stay upright and awake. I was terrified to allow myself to fall asleep. Once at the hospital my husband had to pick me up out of the car and place me in the wheel chair as I could not walk. I barely could speak and kept nodding off, by sheer will and fear of not waking back up I kept myself awake. They ran tests and found my potassium levels were just above critical eg (de*th). They gave me a rapid dissolving potassium pill and waited half the day in the ER to make sure I was ok and then went home (Thank the Universe!) I didnât go into details about how I could barely speak, breath or move but you get my point I hope!

This is the multivitamin I didnât know I needed. With just two capsules a day, I feel like Iâve got all the bases coveredâenergy, immunity, and overall health. Itâs packed with high-quality vitamins and minerals in forms my body can actually absorb (thanks, bioavailability!).I love that itâs free from gluten, dairy, and soy, so itâs perfect for people with sensitivities. And there are no weird aftertastes or side effects like some other multivitamins Iâve tried. Itâs gentle enough on an empty stomach, which is a win for those hectic mornings when breakfast is just a distant dream.Downside? The capsules are a bit large, so if youâre not great at swallowing pills, you might need extra water. And while itâs pricier than some drugstore options, the quality makes it worth itâyouâre investing in your health, not cheap fillers. If youâre looking for a straightforward, high-quality multivitamin that doesnât require juggling a handful of pills, this is it. Easy, clean, and effective!4.8/5

Iâve been taking these daily for a few weeks, but Iâve come to the point where I can no longer stand the putrid musty/sour smell from the bottle and the capsules.

Smells and tastes awful. Never had this with a Thorne product before. Item does not say it is expired, but smells terribly rancid. The seller must have stored their product improperly. Absolutely unusable, Amazon wonât let me return so I just lost money on rancid vitamins.
