This comes with 90 pills with a recommended dosage being 2 pills, so this is a month and a half supply. These are pretty standard veg capsules, and easily swallowed. The expiration is Jan, 2027, so plenty of time to finish the bottle. The pill bottle has a tamper proof seal.I have taken turmeric and curcumin supplements in the past for their anti-inflammatory properties. The combined list of ingredients (turmeric, curcuminoids, black pepper extract, ginger extract) are purported to have the following benefits: anti-inflammatory and pain relief, black pepper enhances the absorption of turmeric and curcumin, anti-oxidant, joint and muscle health, and immune system support.I noticed only a faint odor after opening the bottle of pepper and spice. I didn’t notice any taste, though I swallowed the pills pretty quickly. I did not notice any side effects after taking this product. I don’t expect to really see any changes, since I’ve already been taking similar products on a long term basis, so hopefully this will just continue the norm. Recommend with 5/5.

Great fomula
While I was not previously familiar with this company, it is an excellent formulation. (I worked in supplements at a retail store for several years.) Tumeric and ginger are both great for inflammation and curcumin/curcuminoids are the active constituents within turmeric. Black pepper extract helps your body to absorb it better, but can be irritating to some. Best to take this with food!

If you are a fan of turmeric or interested in trying it this is worth a try even if the 95% part is only 100mg. Very easy to swallow capsules. No stomach upset. They arrived in a sealed bottle. Lots of benefits in a little capsule
I’ve read many times how good turmeric is for you but I just don’t get it in my diet, so thought I’d try it as a supplement. The claims that this combination of turmeric, ginger and curcuminoids supports joint, brain, heart, immune system and digestive health is exactly what a senior citizen like myself is looking for. One thing I’ve noticed since starting these is that I’ve had to take fewer antacids than I usually do. I haven’t noticed other changes yet, but I haven’t taken them that long. It would be very difficult to eat these herbs on a daily basis, so I highly recommend these little capsules. They are easy to take, and I have not experienced any negative effects.

This supplement was recommended for me to take. This supplement contained all the ingredients that I was told would be beneficial for me.
