Great Treadmill!
This is such a great treadmill! Super easy to set up and the app that goes with it gives a ton of great workout options or you can just turn on the treadmill to run or walk at your own pace. Itâs pretty compact so doesnât take up a lot of room and feels pretty sturdy. It stores nicely under the bed for easy stowaway. The treadmill is a little heavier then I thought it would be but since there are wheels on the front section it is manageable to pull in and out from under the bed and I just count it towards my workout 🙂

Nice Treadmill so far
It is a bit heavy but is small and fits nicely in the room. Everything appears to work and it was easy to assemble. My only complaint is I received a letter from the company to get my warranty and it says it does not recognize my information. So I don’t know if I will have the 2 year warranty they promise.

Ok, this model from HOMETRO (Under Desk Treadmill) is really Excellent.Well-designed, Super quiet motor, soft band, led panel very useful for dark areas when you see a movie at night, touch panel with your toes or fingers, plus a complete remote control (Speed, Time, Program, and more in the palm of your hand). Extremely Easy to fold Move, and Store at any flat place. One more thing (Include 12 Preset Programs and an App to record your walking or running experience.) (By the way, I had to replace my first purchase of it, because came with loud noise from the engine, I handle the situation with Amazon, and they picked up it for me at home and sent me the new one in less than 2 days. Wonderful service. Now I have one treadmill in working conditions.) Check the video is super quiet!, All in one. Buy it!, because the price is worth it. It’s your health.

Fire Hazard…
Product started running fine. After four months, product gave off a “burning plastic odor and pop sound”. Soon after that the unit abruptly stopped working. Maintenance suggestions, including oiling were followed as per manufacturer’s specifications. Contacted company and informed them of error code. New controller component was sent 10 days later from China. Upon attaching “new” component, plastic connector was stuck with another plastic plug and had to be removed as one unit and affixed to new component. This was successfully done via a YouTube video after no instructions for replacement installation was provided. Instructions were later provided by an email to the seller after I complained. “New” component lasted less than FOUR DAYS after similar “pop and burnt smell” . Do not purchase.

very fast response for any problem
We bought HomeTro Under Desk Treadmill 3 months ago. We chose HomeTro because the handle is always attached. No need to detached when folding down the main frame for the storage. Unfortunately, from the beginning, the left handle was not in good shape like the right handle. When folding down or folding up, you needed a little force. Feeling like friction with something abnormally. Apart from that, walking on HomeTro is very quiet and we like it. We don’t do folding down the main frame and handles every day. We kept HomeTro in our family room. Last week, we moved it to our extra bedroom and we needed to fold down main frame and the handles. The left handle, as we mentioned, was hard to fold down and we used a little force. What happened next was it broke and fell down from main frame. We emailed HomeTro with attached broken handle photos. Yoyo from HomeTro replied right away and told me that he will send the new handle asap from China ware house. Next day, we got Yoyo’s email with tracking number. Might be a week long, we got the new handle delivered. Yoyo already sent the installation video. Now we are with the new left handle. Folding down or up with no difficulty and just like the right handle.We are very happy with the right Under Desk Treadmill because of quiet and no need to detach and attach system of the handles. We becomes more satisfied with the product when the seller solved our problem in a short period without a long talk and many contacts. The HomeTro Under Desk Treadmill is the right choice for us.

Great walking treadmill
After reviewing many treadmills online. I am so pleased that I chose this one. Easy to setup, flexibility of speed settings, and it’s really fun to walk on. The ability to fold the arms down, and quickly stow away under the sofa, is a real plus. Even my wife is excited to add walking to her routines. Excellent quality and value. 5 Stars!

My only con was that it was heavier and bulkier than anticipated, so you might need an extra hand.I (a 5â3, clumsy, and lacking in strength lady) managed to bring it in, unbox, and assemble myself, but the weight is something to be aware of just in case. Obviously, itâs a small treadmill so the running band is narrower- you just have to pay a little more attention where youâre stepping. Otherwise, itâs been amazing and I regret not getting one sooner as Iâve used it every day since I got it. Itâs quiet, runs fine, and doesnât take up much space. Very pleased!
