Works like magic
A friend recommended these sleep tabs and I can attest they work like magic. I take it and before you know it, I am out and sleeping. I wake up feeling refreshed and rested. The pills are very small . They are easy to swallow. It has no tastes , at least to me because I try to swallow them without letting them dissolve. A bottle of 80 pills last me about 2 months because I don’t use them every night.

I have insomnia and I just needed a little help. So I gave this a try. I must say I’m not disappointed 100%. For me it takes about two hours to kick in. The directions say 30 minutes before bedtime. So if you’re gonna try you may wanna try it for a few days before you know how it will work for you. It took 3 days to work for me. I take it two hours before bedtime and it helps me to fall asleep and stay asleep for at least 6-8 hours which is more than I’ve gotten in years. So for me I’d recommend to anyone to at least try these it’s definitely worth a shot.

I suffer from chronic insomnia and have done for a long time. I have had sleep studies and do not have sleep apnea. Doctors do not like to prescribe sleeping medication for long periods of time, mainly because of the problem of becoming addicted and dependant on them, and also the body becomes used to the drug and they become less effective. I was advised to try OTC products like Benadryl or Unisom, which are actually older-class antihistamines (used for allergies, mostly). These drugs have a side effect of inducing sleepiness.I have tried Benadryl, and for who-knows-what reasons, it just didn’t work. I could take 4 of them (100mg) and still be wide awake. So – next up: Unisom. I went for the Brand name, rather than a generic, although they are meant to be identical. Unfortunately, for ME and my brain and system, the Unisom was only partially effective. Again, I can take 4 of these pills, and certainly NOT be rendered a sleep-craving zombie. Not even close. I will say they do make me slightly drowsy, and I think they do help me fall asleep just a little bit faster, although I am taking them with Ambien, so I’m not sure. (I’m a nurse, and my doctor knows about my using these so I am not taking these “‘willy-nilly”).My husband took a single dose, and within a half hour he complained of feeling very tired and sleepy, and was soon sleeping deeply. So I know they do work! The tablets are super bitter, just FYI. I think this is a good thing in that it sure would disuade a young child or pet from chewing on them, although hopefully they could not get hold of these in the first place!I think these are a good option for helping kick-start sleep in most people, but sadly, it seems I am not in that category :(Luckily my hubby is. As a side note, they sure did dry up my stuffy nose! So the antihistamine properties worked well. Trial and error for sleep. A small tablet and easy to swallow.

It put me to sleep cold turkey after just 15 minutes. Even taking half a pill works fine. The morning drowsiness can be dealt with with a nice cup of coffee.

Melatonin is not working for me. It takes too much time to work, if I up the dosage, I don’t feel like I slept enough and sure feel groggy all day. So I had to look for another solution. And I found it!This product works in 30 minutes for me. I sleep deeply and don’t have any residual side effect the next day. Just follow the dosage, no need to exceed, it works.

Not the same product. I used to buy these and they worked so well, I could just take half. But these don’t do anything. When I would break the other ones in half, they had a strong bitter taste, but these don’t have any taste at all or very little. So I just wasted $50 plus tax. Very disappointed.
