Ordered this as a gift – the first one arrived damaged but the seller immediately sent a new one. The recipient loved this mat – one side has traditional yoga poses and the other side has stretches. She said it is great, very good good concept, and nice quality mat.

Looks good, and has a nice carry situation. Got this for a granddaughter. She likes it, as it has all of the different yoga poses stamped on it. She is a fairly heavy gal, and the mat seems a bit thin for her. My wife bought me a mat, without the yoga poses, and of a different brand, that was thicker. I like mine a lot, and appreciate the thickness while on hard floors. So, as purchased, it is a good buy. But, if you’re looking for more comfort on a hard floor, look for something thicker.

This yoga mat is really great. It has so many options and poses and something for everyone. Depending on what your needs are and what you wanna work on your body you can pick and choose what pose! Itâs soft & comfortable!
