I definitely feel like it helped with my production but I would say that of the two, the lemonade has the better flavor to it. Itâs the only flavor I would repurchase

Watery taste but I think they work!
I was looking to up my supply since I plan to go back to work in a few weeks, currently I am 4 weeks pp and producing more than enough milk but I wanted to create a freezer stash for daycare, emergencies and days I like to have some wine.The taste is not bad, taste like watered down lemonade or juice, not too sweet.. just enough sweetness. A little tart I might add. I havenât had any issues with stomach, I think these are very light and easy on the tummy. I will say that my milk production has increased and the quality is much creamier, this could be to other factors as well like diet, hydration and lactation cookies but I drink one packet almost daily. I mix it with 6-8 oz of water and it seems to dissolve well, I will say you must drink this within a certain time frame because it doesnât taste as good the longer it sits but you need to stir or mix it well to get whatever settles at the bottom. Overall, I am happy with the product and will be trying the chocolate flavor very soon.

I love these!
I purchased the blackberry lime flavor after purchasing the berry flavor at Walmart which I didnât like(mixing with juice makes it better though!). With this flavor I mix with just water or juice and it has a good taste either way! I definitely notice a difference in production when I donât drink these so they definitely work! It has good ingredients approved by my lactation specialist and it didnât cause and stomach issues for me 🙂 I havenât tried any other brands to compare it to but for now itâs a must have product. The only thing I donât like is the price changes. Itâs now $10 more than I originally paid

Great for staying hydrated, but not as much for supply
These are great in terms of having more flavors to stay hydrated, but personally for me my supply didn’t seem any different after drinking them. It’s possible that the quality of my breastmilk was better, but when I bought them I was trying to increase my supply and it didn’t seem to change much for me. The flavors were also not my favorite, but they were different!

Not a fan of the awful taste
The product may have great benefits to assist with increasing your milk supply, but I could not get over the taste therefore it was a waste of money. I have tried multiple times and no luck.

Great value
In big box stores itâs around $14.99 per box so this is a no brainer when it comes to the value for the money. The color is beautiful and I recommend making it in a clear glass so you can revel in its beauty! The taste is good, it does have a bit of an herbal flavor to it, not like an overpowering vitamin, but like your Aunt named Whispy made you a mocktail from her garden, the smell goes along with the flavor, none of it is overpowering and as someone with texture and taste aversions this is still on my happy taste list. Overall great quality! Now what we all care about⦠performance⦠I normally pump about 6oz in the mornings, last night in my 40oz cup I mixed 2 packets of milk flow in my peach mango body armor with some ice and water⦠I drank about 1/2 of it last night (you can do 2 packs a day it says, so Iâve had about 1) and this morning I pumped 8.5 oz⦠so it performs like a champ id say!

All I taste is black licorice
The anise flavor is overwhelming, I feel like I am drinking liquid black licorice. I have to hold my nose and chug it, I won’t be buying more as I can barely stomach the flavor

Increase milk supply
The taste isnât all that great but tolerable. What I do is mix it with either Gatorade and coconut water or body armor and coconut water, and let me tell you how this thing works if you start taking it consistently.
