So this is my 3rd posture corrector/ brace from various sellers! Of the 3 I have, I have to say this one is my favorite! Itâs very nice quality for the price, itâs comfortable and I donât feel like I need to constantly adjust like the other 2 I already have! I have chronic back pain so this also really helps to alleviate pain and pressure especially on my lower back!

I think this product is worth the money. It is not a heavy duty back support but it is great at maximizing your nature posture. I can see me using this 3 to 4 times out the week to help me with my posture.

Once you sit down you can slouch. The reach of those straps dont allow you to tighten it around you too much because it doesnt have the grip things on the closer ends. I wear medium clothing so i dont even have a small frame but the straps have alot of reach for bigger ppl. Did give a bit of a boob lift and when standing does give you that good posture, Feels like a mini backpack with the straps on.
