I did a lot of research on vegan vitamins (at least on Amazon) and this was one of the ones I was looking for. I know I lacked vitamin d and wanted to use supplements that would best suit my diet. Although I am not fully vegan, I benefit from the ingredients well. I have noticed faster hair growth and overall better moods (since Iâm not lacking b12, vitamin d, and many other crucial nutrients). I will say the taste of it is gross but be so for real – vitamins donât taste good anyway, just plug your nose itâs not that deep.

just started taking these daily multivitamins, they are the most affordable, most compact(nutrient dense/size) the flavor is on point! and it will give you a variety of plant based sourced vitamins and minerals. im excited to continue these as it is a 6 month supply, there is 180 pills and that averages out to.13 cents per dose! to shorten this as a vegan i am super excited and happy with my purchase. i will check back when i have finished my 6 month suppy to see if there are any changes in my energy mood or bodily functions.

Arrived on time. Only been taking fo a few days so review is limited. They seem ok, if a bit on the large side. Well packaged and could do a better review after using longer. 6 months supply is good value for the price i paid. Would use company again.

Auf der Suche nach einem Multi-Präparat für vegan sowie zeitweisen Mehrbedarf fiel die Kaufentscheidung auf dieses Produkt.Häufig versuche ich bei der Wahl Produkte aus dem eigenen Land zu bevorzugen, aber die Fülle an gewünschten Inhaltsstoffen sprach für diese Auswahl.Mir war es wichtig das potentielle Mangelerscheinungen bei veganer Ernährung wie z.B. B12, Eisen, Zink, Selen abgedeckt werden sowie auch eher allgemein kritische Nährstoffe wie Vit. D, auch Jod wollte ich versuchsweise mal mit drin haben.Ich fand eig. so ziemlich alles was in so eine Tab. rein passt auÃer Potassium (Kalium), aber nebst, dass man zu der Nahr.-ergänzung schlieÃlich auch noch Mahlzeiten zu sich nimmt, hat das vielleicht Gründe.Wie in der einen oder anderen Rezension hingewiesen vertragen sich nicht alle Vitamine/Nährstoffe miteinander, so sollte man bspw. Eisen und Zink mit Abstand zueinander einnehmen. Manche Kombination verstärken die Einnahme, z.B. Vitamin C für Eisen-Aufnahme.Calcium und Magnesium sind jeweils mit 15% RDA angegeben, was für mich passt, da ich Magnesium ohnehin gelegentlich unabhängig davon als Pulver einnehmen, z.B. in Form von Citrat, und Calcium ohnehin nicht einnehmen würde, also mit der Menge mir vernachlässigbar erscheint.Vitamin B12 wäre mir anhand %RDA eigentlich zu hoch angesetzt, aber für mich sehr passend, weil ich ohnehin nur alle Tage eine halbe Tablette nehme.Meine einfache Ãberlegung dazu ist, es heiÃt bestimmt die Aufnahme ist das schwieriger, sicherlich nicht unmöglich, wie man ja auch in der Ernährung stets verschiedene Nährstoffe miteinander vermischt zu sich nimmt.Ob es wirklich miteinander harmoniert darüber würde wohl eindeutiger ein Blutbild mit jeweiligen Parametern Aufschluss geben. Das habe ich mir vorgenommen nach einiger Zeit, ehe ich nachkaufen würde, aber bei meiner Anwendung halten sie entsprechend auch lange Zeit davon abgesehen.Zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt also sehr zufrieden mit der Wahl.
