Wonderful!!!!
I am absolutely delighted with these bands!!! Super well made and priced perfectly. And a huge plus for me,…. they DON’T smell like horrible plastic!!!! My first set of bands from the super store smelled so bad I couldn’t even use them, my hands would smell like them for hours after using them…even after washing my hands well. So happy with this purchase!!!

Best I’ve used
I’ve bought 4 different sets of bands to use when I can’t get to the gym. I am relatively strong, former body builder. All of the other band sets I’ve ordered, I know that they’re misleading about the weight resistance amount. I’d have to use all the bands and wouldnt feel much out of it. This set is no different as far as the weight ratings, but this set has the highest resistance amount that I’ve found in a set of bands. Very simple kit, but highly resistant bands and nicely made accessories. Very happy with it so far

Resistance bands
So far they seem to be working good. I bought these because the value seemed a lot better than the ones I still have but only had a resistance of 150, that came with a bar. But can only handle 200lbs max. I wished these came with a bar that could handle the 350lbs these bands.

Great for higher resistance
I’m relatively new to exercising, and have incorporated resistance bands into my daily routine. I started with a small beginner kit that went from 10 to 30 in 5 lb increments. Surprising myself, I quickly progressed up the ladder and was using two bands to get above the 30 limit in a couple of months. Soon, I was able to do over 50 lb with ease. I needed a higher resistance. For some reason, trying to find any bands higher than the typical starter sets are either hard to find or way expensive. This was the only set I could find that was both within the weight and price range (albeit, a bit too high) that I could afford. They have proven to be very durable and keep their resistance up after prolonged usage.

Only had them a short time but seems sturdy and like they will last. For the price think it’s a great way to see if its in your plan to be consistent

Too short
A well made set, good quality all around. However, I returned them. I do a lot of overhead work, and these were just too short. I compared them to my old bands, and these were 6-8 inches shorter through the set.

Good for long use and have even tension
Much better than rubber strips that get ripped apart with time and temperature. The force is even when you pull. Feels really comfortable to workout with and all handles are useful. You can easily add them together to get different load w/o them ripping off and flying toward your face

Have modified my Total Gym by utilizing the bands to add resistance. Beats having multiple weight plates or oversized exercise equipment. Have been having a decent workout for leg presses/squats of 240-300 lbs.
