New to pilates and LOVING this bar!
To be fair, I am not in great shape, and I am trying to get there and I have never been able to stick with a pilates routine because I always end up putting too much pressure on my neck and it causes me pain and discomfort. I decided to try the bar and I am not disappointed! It has allowed me to really focus on the parts of my body we are actually working on. So many videos on youtube to use this bar with, and it’s been really cool.First, it was extremely easy to put together. I was super excited because it came with different tension bands, and I started obviously with the beginners tension! Then the video on amazon was amazing, and showed how to put it together.I am 5’10 and this bar works very well with my height. I have to say, the material seems very high quality and there are metal carabiners and protective sleeves that keep me for pinching my skin lol. Also came with a chart showing different exercises I could do.For the money, I thought it came with SO MANY things and options, and I am so glad to have purchased it. I already notice a decrease in back pain and my core is feeling much stronger- additionally I have been wanting a way to target my back and shoulders with tension bands as opposed to weights and I have sustained a shoulder injury and it’s been great! Highly recommend!!

Great compact kit!
I love this set so far. It is very well designed and sturdy. I love that it assembles and disassembles very easily and fits in a small bag for easy storage or travel. It does come with the instructions for different workouts which is very helpful and allows type to start using it right away without any extra research on workouts. Very happy with this product!

Pros and cons
This is very well made. I love that it can easily be broken down to fit in the bag for portable use. I really like the color coded bands that each weight is assigned to. I do, however, get frustrated with the foot straps. They are way too big! My feet come out of them constantly. Even when I wear the bulkiest shoe. The other thing I get frustrated with is having to adjust the strap to increase the resistance. Going from one movement to the next and trying to follow a video can be a challenge. I often have to pause my video so that I can adjust the strap. I wish you could roll the bands around the bar instead for a quicker transition.

Quality and versatile at-home Pilates/gym equipment
As a Pilates instructor for over 30 years, I can say that this is an excellent at-home Pilates and gym workout product. The Kit is made of quality materials and it is extremely versatile. The 4 different weight resistance bands and the bar are made to last, and the 2-in-1 hand and foot strap is comfortable for both hands and feet. And I love the fact that the bands are covered with fabric for protection.The kit is versatile in how many different ways you can use it, in how you can reach every part of the body, and how the equipment is adjustable to virtually all heights and proportions. Be sure to try out not just the different weights of resistance bands, but also try varying the length of the 23″ straps. You may find a shorter length more agreeable for certain moves and a longer length for others. Most amazingly, when using the door anchor, the straps allow you to do just about everything one could do on the Pilates Cadillac with the roll down bar, arm springs and leg springs. You can also use the bar set-up to add resistance and support to Pilates mat exercises that might otherwise be inaccessible. The Kit comes with exercise ideas, and the more Pilates you know, the more options you have for utilizing the Kit. You can also let your creativity find new moves or positions. For example, I like putting the bar in the longest possible set-up with the lightest green bands, and then stretch out long on my back with my arms overhead and try to be as long, wide and flat into the floor as possible–feels great!

Bands are too short
The short length of the resistance bands does not allow you to have resistance throughout the full range of motion, so I will probably end up purchasing different bands. I liked these because they were adjustable and had a sleeve to cover the bands, but the length just make these not so useful. Otherwise, the quality is good and the ankle straps, clips and bar are nice features.

Very Versatile
I love how easy it is to use! My 10 mo old was crawling around and I could change my position to meet her needs while maintaining a workout. The resistance bands allow you to make it to whatever you need that day. You can always double up if you are looking for more. Overall performance and value for your money is exceptional, especially when free weights aren’t as affordable and take up more space.P.s. You can bring this with on trips as well it’s so compact.

Not for people under 5ft
Really disappointed with this product. If I could return it I would but unfortunately my window has passed. I am 4â10 and the bands are too long, Iâve tried multiple positions and hacks to shorten them while trying to use them for work out but definitely did not deliver the results I was hoping for. Putting it together is easy the bands are just terrible.
