Oh they work!
They work great! I had no side effects besides overflowing with milk. No weird taste or smell came from it. Not hard to take. And having them on a subscription every month was a great value! Glad I was told about them.

The product looked a little sketchy when it arrived, but it does work. I bought this product strictly for the increase of milk supply. I received the product a day late . I started taking the Fenugreek on Sunday around 1 PM and my milk doubled by Monday at 9 PM. Before I started taking Fenugreek I was only pumping 1oz each breast and now Iâm pumping 3oz each breast.The pills do smell like maple syrup and theyâre easy to swallow. A lot of the reviews said that when you start taking them, you will start smelling like maple syrup⦠Iâve only been taking them for two days and I donât smell like maple syrup yet.

Fantastic!
First let me start by saying that I am not new to fenugreek. I have taken fenugreek in the pill form for about 4 yrs off and on. I initially started taken them to increase my bust size. Long story short, they worked. However, you cannot just take them and expect a miracle. My boyfriend contributed to the cause with the help of breast manipulation (use your imagination). He also claimed to have gotten/tasted milk at times (no I wasn’t/am not pregnant) so keep that in mind. I stopped taking them because after a while I felt like the quality of the pills changed with Nature’s Way and my breast were up a full cup size…and full. Nature’s Way “new” pills had a chemical smell and taste to them and I just didn’t trust it. Even the scent of maple syrup stopped coming from my body when I would sweat or urinate. That’s when I decided to stop buying from that company all together.Fast forward to now…November 6th I decided to start taking them again…for obvious reasons and because they have other great benefits such as circulation and hair growth. I discovered this particular brand of fenugreek from a review left on TikTok (go figure). She was so stoked that she smelled like syrup that I decided to give this brand a try. So I placed my order and my pills arrived on the 7th. I took 3 (easy to swallow) pills at once (I’ve always just taken them all at one time) with a full glass of water. If you’re just starting out, follow the directions on the bottle. About 5 hours later, I noticed my urine already started to smell like MS…definitely a sign that your body is absorbing the pills. Today is the 12th and the reason for my review… last night after “sexy” time with my man he immediately says to me, “you started taking your fenugreek again…I can smell it…nice!” So at 3 pills a day for 6 days my whole body is giving off a maple syrup smell (which some people like). This is a way better product than Nature’s Way. You’re getting less pills for the price with this company, but it’s so worth it for the results. I’ll take quality over quantity any day.

It really works
I was struggling with my milk production. I was pumping 1 1/2-2 ounces every 3 hours. I was barely make enough to feed her being that sheâs drinking about 5-6 ounces every feeding. She did not like the formula at all. I reached out to some other mothers who breastfed their babies and she recommended this supplement. After taking it one day, my milk tripled. I was pulling roughly 8oz each time I pumped. I even got milk in my freezer. I havenât been taking it a full week. This stuff is great and it works. I was getting so discouraged before this supplement. Iâm so thankful ð

Increased T levels
I started taking 2 pills a day of this stuff. Since then my T levels have gone from 430 to 726. This was over the course of 1.5 years, NOT overnight. Still, very happy!
