Plant-based and easy to swallow
This is a good, plant-based vitamin D3 + K2 alternative for immune and bone health. It uses MK-7 which is highly-bioavailable form of vitamin K2. It contains 5000 IU of vitamin D3, which is a good portion for D3 intake. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. You only need to take 1 capsule per day. No discernable odor or taste.This comes in a dark plastic bottle, double sealed for protection. This is a 30-day supply. Vegan, gluten-free and non-GMO. It seems to be just as good as the D3 + K2 supplement that I have been taking. It is a little pricey but made with organic ingredients and the quality seems great. It is worth a consideration. So far so good.

Easy to take capsules
I have been following the keto/carnivore way of eating for several years now and D3/K2 is one of the few supplements that I take. I cannot really comment on the usefulness of taking it (haha, thankfully I’m healthy and I don’t know if it really does anything or not), but I will comment on the product itself and how it compares to the previous brand I was taking. This product is in a pull-apart capsule form. The capsules themselves are small and easy to take. I was looking for a supplement that was nongmo/soy/sugar/gluten free and this fits that bill. My previous supplement was a gel pill and was also easy to take. I’m not sure which is easier, for me they are about the same. The bottle I rec’d expires in 10/2024.
