Great device , not compatible with spacewalker app
Does the job fine. NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE SPACE WALKER APP ! If connected to pc hdmi make sure you have the correct resolution set or 3D videos wonât work properly. Great battery though and I donât regret buying it.

Works as advertised. And yes, it has sound with Xreal (most Xreal owners are just too lazy to read).
OK, let’s get what SHOULD be obvious out of the way first. USB Headset Mode is an exclusive Xreal feature. This is NOT an Xreal product. If you are using Xreal glasses, you need to switch to HDMI passthrough mode if you want sound. For those too lazy to read the manual, you hold Brightness + and wait for the second beep (first is SBS mode, set that first if you’re watching a 3D movie, btw, because the audio cues themselves seem to rely on Headset Mode — you won’t get a beep if you try to set SBS after switching the audio mode, so you’ll probably hold it too long and switch the audio back instead). Also, if you want to use this with an Xreal Beam Pro, you need to toggle “Default Air Casting” on in the “My Glasses” app. The Beam Pro can somewhat detect your Xreal glasses through this hub, but not well enough for Nebula OS to properly interact with them. So without that step, it will launch Nebula OS, and Nebula OS will crash. You will also need to install a player like VLC to play video files (the default video player being exclusive to Nebula OS).In my tests, I was able to play “Avatar” on my Air 1s and Air 2s simultaneously, in 3D SBS and with sound. I also swapped out the Air 1s with the Rokid Max mid-test, and that worked fine too.TL;DR: This works as advertised, and seems to be fully functional with every pair of AR glasses on the market (all of the ones that offer 120 Hz anyway, I don’t mess with the rest). Just as long as you’re not too lazy to read the manual.

2 in 1 device – HDMI device input and a battery bank
This dock has a built in 13,000-mAh battery bank. It does say it can power up the Nintendo Switch, I personally do not own one but it does charge the OG Steam Deck so it must at least be able to power up 30-35 watts. Currently I’m waiting on my Legion Go but I highly doubt that it can do a full charge when playing games with powering on Viture One/Pro glasses, it might be able to do slow charge on Legion Go but I don’t know for sure. The HDMI version is 2.0 not 2.1 but since the Viture One/Pro doesn’t have anything that needs HDMI spec 2.1, it’s a moot point. Although this Pro mobile dock does allow 3rd party glasses and or monitors via USB-C Alt Display port I could see the lack of HDMI 2.1 spec might hurt future proofing within reasons. This version of compared to the original dock does allows 3D mode on the glasses, along with higher battery capacity. Both the old and this version does have 2 USB-C Alt Display port out. However this new version has it so you and one other person who have a Viture series glasses or even a competitor glasses/monitor can watch the same thing.Although the competitor glasses experience may vairy since some have reported that sound doesn’t come out on theirs and have to use a headset to get sound and you have to get a earphone splitter to share sound. Even more added costs if you’re doing it from Bluetooth as you need to buy an adapter to split signals to 2 BT devices. However it doesn’t lock out competitor product from using this dock, might not function natively but it works. When hooking this up to a PS5, or PC (Report from others said it also works with Xbox Series S/X) it does allow 120Hz refresh rate with the Viture Pro or any other 120Hz compatible USB-C Alt Display. Sadly the Viture Pro does not have HDR and I don’t have a external USB-C Alt Display monitor with HDR to see if it can enable the HDR feature if the hardware natively supports it.Even though this dock is used to upsell towards Switch owners, if you’re a console or a PC gamer who only has HDMI output on their graphics card (or any devices with HDMI output) then this is a MUST. If your graphics card has USB-C Alt Display out then you can hook up your Viture glasses directly but you probably would want a USB-C extension cable at least usb 3.2 rating for up to 10Gbps. Well actually even if you do or don’t, with the Pro mobile dock, you probably should get an USB-C extension cable regardless for hooking up to your Viture glasses. This dock is also handy for those who own a stand alone 3D bluray player so they can watch movies in 3D with their Viture Pro glasses. If you’re only using the glasses for PC handhelds, this is still an elegant solution, otherwise you’ll still need a pass through USB-C adapter so you can use the glasses and the ability to charge your device (unless your device has more than 1 USB-C port). Plus Viture also sells an adapter to hook your Pro mobile dock to your switch or Steam Deck for around $20 each.

Works well for what it is with some shortcomings with SteamDeck and Switch
Works pretty well with the Switch except for the Switch wanting to run in docked mode when external power is added. That means, you can’t play with the Joycons attached. But that’s an issue with the Switch and not this dock.I had an issue with the original firmware causing the Pro Dock to lock up when connected to a SteamDeck that went into standby, but I was able to correct it by draining the battery flat and then charging it back up again. Updating it to the latest firmware prevents the issue in the future so make sure you do that out of the box.I do wish it output 40W+ instead of 20W on the main port because it results in the SteamDeck being slow charged which is okay for light games, but doesn’t do much for more power hungry games. That said it does have a lot of improvements over the original Dock like supporting general video out on top of supporting the Viture glasses. And Viture does have solid customer service and supports their devices after launch which is more than I can say for other companies in this niche that I’ve tried.

Initially, I had an issue where one of the USB ports stopped working after two months. However, the team reached out promptly, kindly apologized, and offered a full refund or replacement without even requiring me to return the old Mobile Dock. Their outstanding customer service completely changed my experience, and I truly appreciate how they handled the situation. If you’re considering this product, rest assured that the seller stands behind it and values their customers! ðâ¨

Product nice slim design quite expensive for what it does OK if you want to use a nintendo switch
