Great toy with just one tiny flaw
Our 2 month old puppy loves this toy! We crush up some treats and put them inside and sheâs entertained for good amount of time. I also love how easy it is to wash since she did pee in it the first time she played with it.My only knock on it is the cheap plastic string tie. She immediately honed in on it and wonât stop chewing it. If it were metal it would have held up better and she would have been less interested in chewing it. Other than that, we absolutely love this toy! Great purchase!

Largely made of paper and felt. I have washed this once and held together ok but the strips are felt and itâs hard to get the food to hide in between pieces. My dog pulled some out in his hunt for food. I guess I got what I paid for. Maybe Iâd spend a little more money and get a better one.

Cured problematic eating behaviors!
Initially, I just got this to entertain my 7-year-old King Charles Spaniel. I wanted to address boredom as she gets older and a bit less active. However, I could not have anticipated what a tremendous difference this product would create in our lives. For the last five years, I have switched foods many times, trying to get her to be an eager eater — but she leaves her food sitting around for hours or demands expensive mix-ins and water in her food to motivate her to eat, which were causing skin irritation around her mouth due to extensive allergies. She always displayed aggressive air-burying habits, injuring her nose trying to “cover” her food in her bowl. Eating has been a pain for years! This snuffle mat solved ALL of those issues! She now finds meal times entertaining and eats her dry kibble without complaints or resistance. She loves digging around to find all the little pieces. This has eliminated her allergic skin reactions, and her teeth have been healthier as a result as well. This thing is a godsend! My Yorkiepoo absolutely loves this product. She has an active nose so I was curious how she would take to this. She’s TOO GOOD! But that doesn’t take away from her enjoyment or her excitement. It’s durable and so easy to tighten into a smaller size for storage. If your dog loves to sniff and root around, this is for you.

Great for pups that eat to fast
I used this on a pup I found in the woods. She would scarf down things so fast she would get sick sometimes. This made her eat slower and exercised her senses at the same time. I still use it for treats and to give her something to do if we canât exercise outside.
