Best diffuser Iâve bought to date
This little diffuser is amazing! Waterless. Genius! All you have to do is turn diffuser upside down. Then twist the bottle ito place. Turn back right side up and plug in. Thereâs also a button you can press for instant misting. This is my 5th diffuser and the only waterless one Iâve got. Itâs a keeper. I also believe, based on the size of the bottles that came with it- it can support different brands. Just make sure of size and bottle top size. The only thing thatâs better than this diffuser is , to me, the Airwick essential mist diffuser. I recommend both.

Great scents
The product keeps my home smelling fresh but each bottle content does not last up to a week. I wish they they can make larger bottles of it. I love the smells!

OILS SPILLED. Caps not attached properly. ON both ORDERS. Buyer BEWARE!
The oils are terribly packaged. The lid on these are not screwed on all the way. All 6 of them had the caps/lids untwisted. The 1st order I received, the oil in one of the bottles has spilled all through the box, and got on everything. The entire contents of the bottle had been spilled. Including on to the device itself. The lid wasnât screwed on tightly, and thankfully Amazon provided such amazing customer service, and sent me a second one, completely free of charge, and guess what? SAME ISSUE on the second one. Iâm scared to even plug the device in, because Iâm scared to get shocked. What a waste of time and money. Also the smells are very strange. They donât smell good. None of them. Iâm only leaving 2 stars because Amazon really went above and beyond. They didnât have to do that for me, but they did. I feel like I canât even return this, because I basically got a 2 for 1, but theyâre essentially useless because the oil got into the port, charger cord, and paperwork, so theyâre just sitting in the box, stinkin. I may just return this for a refund, because I donât think I should keep something because I donât want to seem ungrateful, when itâs my money and time that have been wasted. I wouldnât recommend this device though. It just doesnât sit right with me. Again; I appreciate the representative going above and beyond to make the situation right, but neither of these devices can be used. Plus they stink. Iâm just not happy at all. With the seller. Not Amazon. They really tried to rectify the problem.

Waterless diffuser
I wanted something that didnât need to be plugged in aside from charging. I didnât read the description carefully enough because this is not that. It took a few minutes to turn on out of the boxâ¦it needed to charge a bit before it would work, the same way a cell phone would if the battery were 100% drained. I personally find it tricky to refill. Itâs fine. Iâve made use of it, but I wouldnât necessarily recommend. Airwick makes a battery-powered diffuser that I find preferable to this one. Itâs less expensive and is more user-friendly, IMO, the trade-off being that you have to use airwick fragrances due to the shape of the fragrance bottles, whereas with this diffuser, you have your choice across brands and fragrance oils once you use up the ones it comes with.

These smell amazing! work well in a smaller room. I love plugging these in when we have guests coming. We always get compliments about how nice our home smells.
