This set of kitchen knives seem to be holding an edge well. Blades are thin though, the cleaver has a knick in it from chopping. But other than that no complaints.

Terrible Product.
Had high hopes for these knives, but it has turned out to be a disaster. All of the handles have come loss after less than 2 months and using them 1x or 2x per week. Very poor quality and I paid a ton of money for this set. I don’t event know if I can get by money back, will try but will for sure never use this seller again. Terribe experience.

Formschöne und extrem scharfe Messer. ein voller Erfolg. Das Heft liegt gut in der Hand wodurch sich das Messer gut führen lässt.Trotzdem muss ich einen Stern abziehen, weil sich das kleinste Messer weigert in der senkrechten zu bleiben, das Heft ist etwas zu schwer. Dadurch rutscht es immer wieder von der mitgelieferten Magnethalterung. ist für mich aber unbedeutend. Die Magnetstreifen stärker aufladen wäre eine ideale Lösung, vielleicht auch eine rutschfeste Oberfläche. Das ist Sache der Entwickler.Aber sonst, absoult empfehlenswert.
