These are great. Very resistant, good size. Love the soft fabric material – much better on bare skin than the latex kind that stick to skin and hurt when they stretch against bare legs. Also they donât roll up like those. They have silicone on one side for slip-proofing and the other side is soft. Highly recommended

Fantastic For The Booty!
These bands are great!! I received them at the very beginning of September of 2020, and have been avidly using them ever since, daily! These are the first resistance bands I have ever purchased, and they have held up incredibly well since first purchase. I find that the middle (pink) band is my favorite, with just the right amount of resistance, but not too tight around my thighs. They withstood all leg workouts I have used them for (glute bridges, fire hydrants, squats, box step ups, crab walks, curtsy lunges and much more) with no tearing of seams, and no signs of wearing down or stretching out at all. So, so pleased with the durability over the months, I have definitely put serious work in with them. When it comes to versatility, these bands really seem like theyâre for just the booty and leg area, as advertised. The only thing I can think of as a con would be the strongest band (light purple/heavy.) This band is very, very strong, to the point where I cannot find any workouts to use it for. Iâve ever tried using it for arm workouts, but again, itâs SO strong, lol. It is fairly tiny and does not fit past my knees, but Iâll hold onto it for the day I find some use for it. The lightest band (light blue) works great and has light resistance, I have no problem fitting it onto my thighs and although it is looser than the medium band, it still stays snug against my leggings and never slides down. I love to use this one for light resistance and high reps. All around, very impressive bands, definitely recommend if you are looking for a set of three and a cute jaw string bag that comes along with it.
