Very durable. Great value. 0 issues. Go heavier if you can.
I use the often. Very often. They stay outside. They go through humidity, some direct sunlight in the very early morning, theyâre extremely durable and give a great workout.
Would definitely recommend. The carabiners are fantastic quality- I would purchase them again if I needed to replace them (which Iâm assuming I wonât for a while)
The bag is a nice touch, even though I donât use it. And the grips are soft and strong enough to give you reassurance and comfort.
Has a fantastic stretch ability. Pulls very far and has a predictable weight increase so your workout can be customized for any muscle youâre working on.
Again, great product, and for the money? 5 stars.

Super Easy and Effective
This purchase was really just a try for my boyfriend who is working out at home rn. We weren’t sure what to expect at first but they are the best thing I think I’ve ever bought for him. I love me a gift you can use. He uses these everyday along with a pull up bar and the results are great. The value of these are great for what you actually get which is a great workout. Very versatile and able to do several different workouts with it. Came with a very useful poster with even more exercises to do which is useful. Easy for men and women to use. Seem a little too easy for my boyfriend after he’s been using them for a while but he uses them until he gets a good sweat going. We absolutely love them and will buy again. So far about 3 weeks in and still pretty durable. I would recommend this product for a easy but effective and cheap workout.

Good product but needs some improvement
Bought these little under a year ago. They worked great until about a week or so ago. I use these mostly for arm curls while standing on the cord. While working out they snapped (each at separate workouts).

Okay to say these things work! Gawd! You want a good work out withOUT leaving your home grab these cause baby your legs, core, arms, the whole nine yards will be screaming at you afterwards. 𥴠My legs felt like jello after doing one dang workout! ð« Excuse me little grey rubber rope thing who bullied you! Cause omg! And my arms. Like yall I felt like I had baby bird arms after 10 mins. 10 dang mins! Okay sooo yeah I haven’t worked out in awhile and that could be due to that as well but I got Momma strength you know ðªð½ or at least I thought I did. Then I used those little booty ð bands 𤪠yall!!! Just don’t your first time Okay. You’ll thank me later. Now the length was a little problematic for me but that’s just cause I’m super short okay. Wished it would’ve came in cute colors like the booty bands but I’m not picky about that. The resistance is there baby. Tension is good and the quality is spot on. Now I may come back in about a month and change some things but for now I like them. We’ll I hate them on a weird “they’re mean to me” type level cause my legs still hurt but I like them cause my legs and butt will look cute later. ð Lol plus my husband will like them too ð¤

It has sooo much more besides resistance bands! The color, laminated instructions are easy to follow and very helpful. There are Velcro straps for various workouts. The handles are extremely comfy and rotate. Love the door protector and the ball.
The whole fabulous package comes with a handy cinchable bag.
Iâve compared in store and online, and nothing comes close to what Walito offers!

Fantastic equipment
I’m a paraplegic who’s wheelchair bound. This product makes it so easy to workout. When using regular bands, that don’t have the handles, they can make your hands cramp and the band irritate your palms. But with these having the padded handles, it’s not an issue, which makes it to where I’m able to workout longer because my hands are comfortable. I truly believe even someone who’s a quad, could use these, thanks to the ankle attachment. You could have someone, (care taker, friend, family member), attach it around your wrist to use the bands. I highly recommend this product for my disable community.

Easy to use, versatile, good materials
When I read the 1 & 2 star ratings on these, I feel sorry for some of those who were injured, but I also note several hints that some of these folks were using these items far beyond their intended potential.
These aren’t designed to lift both hands over your head. That’s just asking for trouble. If you use the door attachment, make sure it’s firmly seated and that the door edge doesn’t have too wide a gap in it. Examine your equipment each time before use. Use them modestly; they are not intended for extreme exercise. (If you need that, spend four times the money and get a high-quality pro system.) You can’t pay twenty bucks for exercise equipment and expect $150 quality, right?
As far as the set itself goes, I had it unpackaged and was using it within 5 minutes. It was easy and intuitive to assemble. The lighter bands allowed a wide range of movement, while the heavy 50 lb band (normally out of my strength range) provided shorter-range power exercises. They were all valuable in one exercise or another.
My only complaint was the width of the handles; too narrow. The straps kept rubbing on my hands, warranting exercise gloves (and I have narrow hands). That’s a rather severe design issue… enough to drop this from 5 stars to 3. The handles surely should have been wider. Men with wider hands could not use these.
Beyond that, the set works well, and for 20 bucks I couldn’t really expect more.
