Effective Hearing Protection with Practical Comfort
These earmuffs are a game changer for range days. The noise suppression is impressive—gunfire is muted effectively, yet I can still clearly hear the range coaches without the hassle of removing and replacing foam earplugs. I even used them in the rain with no issues, which speaks to their durability. The power/volume control is easy to reach and intuitive, a thoughtful touch that makes quick adjustments simple.As for comfort, they’re good for about an hour before the pressure on the ears starts to wear on me, but that’s pretty standard for over-ear protection. Overall, these are reliable, well-designed earmuffs that strike a great balance between function and convenience.

These are great!
I bought these to use at the range so I can actually hear when someone talks to me, but also keep out the gun shots and other sounds in the background. These things are so good that even with them barely turned on, the sounds of people talking within earshot has been such a benefit because no more shouting and what’s even better, when the RSO’s are talking behind me, a good 15 feet away, I can hear their conversations clearly as if they were standing side by side to me, and I didn’t have my headset on at all. The gunshots merely melt away in the background and do not trigger my ears, no ringing in the ear from hearing the gunshots and no unexpected need to be surprised when someone decides to randomly start shooting after the entire range is quiet. These are awesome, the fact it has the option to hook up a radio attachment or the Walker headset add-on that allows you to use a 2way radio right through the headset without the need to buy radios and wires to properly equip them makes these even better. I can talk to my wife without shouting at the range now, and adding on the attachment allows us to talk even if we are a few ports away from each other. The only thing I think that could be better is to make them rechargeable, but rechargeable batteries do exist, so it’s not that big of an inconvenience.These work well weather you put batteries in or not. If the batteries die, the only thing you can’t do is rely on the microphones to pick up voices for conversations; however, the headset works great at still keeping the loud sounds out and protecting your hearing, but they definitely work better with the batteries in and the headset activated as they remove the sounds even further. I am definitely going to recommend these to all my friends.

Cure for tinnitus in hard surfaced rooms!
I recently got ringing in one of my ears and it’s been going on for about a week. Last night I thought hey what about earmuffs. My ears ring especially bad in the bathroom over the sink and over the sink area in my kitchen. This is because they are hard surfaces. I just wore the walkers razors into those same areas and I had zero problems with the ringing in my ears. That’s the positive. The negative is they don’t really cut out enough sound. I do love the electronic features those work really well.

I ordered specifically the Patriot Edition (should come with a us flag patch). I received them 9 days later and I was pretty happy about that. They work just fine, I can’t complain. But even though the product AND its packaging said its the patriot edition there is NO flag patch to be found anywhere. I know its nothing game changing but I liked the look, thats why I ordered this edition instead of the standard one.
