Great Compact Walking Pad with Plenty of Value
I’ve been using the AIRHOT Portable Treadmill for a week now, and here are my thoughts. This treadmill is compact and lightweight, which makes it super easy to stash and roll under my desk. Itâs got a 15° manual incline that really kicks up the intensity of my walks, simulating a climbing effect that helps burn more calories. The walking pad is narrower than I anticipated with the belt measuring approximately 15″ however this works perfect for my gait.Pros:Space-Saver: At only 5 inches thick, it easily fits under furniture.Quiet but Powerful: The 2.5HP motor is strong enough for a decent workout but quiet enough not to disturb anyone. It does make some noise but when using it on my conference calls, my colleagues cannot hear the motor at all.Easy to Move: It has transport wheels, so moving it around is a breeze.Useful Controls: The LED panel is straightforward, showing time, speed, distance, and calories, with pause and goal-setting functions.Cons:Manual Incline: It’s super easy to do but you have to stop and manually adjust the incline, which can be a bit annoying.Speed Limit: The max speed is 3.8 mph, which is fine for walking or light jogging but not for serious runners.Overall, the AIRHOT Portable Treadmill is perfect for those looking for a convenient and efficient way to stay active at home or the office without taking up much space.

Like it
So far itâs working great. Just what I needed to get some exercise in during the cold weather & work day. Only downside it doesnât seem to save your settings so every time you turn it on, the speed starts at the slowest.

Money well spent!
Love this walking pad! Perfect size for me and I’m 5’7. U can use it on carpet. Assembly was as easy as taking it out of box n plugging it in lol only con is it is heavy when I put it under my bed… but I guess I’d rather that than cheap and janky lol best 150 I’ve spent in awhile!

Perfect!
Really happy with my purchase! Nothing to put together, starts right up out of the box. Functions perfectly and does what itâs supposed to. As expected, it is more narrow than a traditional treadmill, but it saves a ton of space. Super happy!

You encourage what you tolerate
This walking pad is advertised in at least three places to incline to 15 degrees. It inclines to about 3 degrees. The incline was a significant factor in my purchase decision. I saw some conflicting incline numbers on this page, so I asked the vendor about it in advance. Their response on what the incline angle measured was confusing and inconsistent to the point of obfuscation. But I assumed good intentions, figured they were probably mistaking degrees with percent (which still would have met my needs), and made the purchase. When I got the walking pad, I measured the maximum incline percentage and calculated the maximum incline angle from it. See the diagram. It’s far less than the advertised 15 degrees. It is 3 degrees. I reached out to see if I was doing something wrong, letting them know that–if not–I’d return it. First, I was offered a $30 refund and told that returning it would result in “considerable shipping costs” for me that they wanted to reduce. Then I was offered a “maximum compensation” of 50%. Then I was offered $150 to not return it.But what I want from them is something they have yet to offer: It is to not be misled. And I want other buyers to not be misled. After my initial inquiry, they responded that they “will correct our mistake immediately.” That was weeks ago and the false advertising remains uncorrected. How many people haven’t gotten what they paid for in that time? Well, there were 140 reviews when I first added this walking pad to my spreadsheet. Now, there are 494. So probably a lot.We encourage what we tolerate. Even with the lower than advertised incline, this walking pad may meet your needs. But I recommend that you do not buy it unless/until the seller corrects their advertising. And even then, only if you think it was a mistake and not intentional.Sad fact is that this is far from the only company on Amazon selling walking pads with falsely advertised incline percentages. “Sanity check” the numbers if you can. In this case, the screws that are used to adjust the incline would need to have been over 10 inches long for the incline to actually be 15 degrees. That did not appear to be the case in the pictures, and it just wasn’t credible, since screws that long would have stuck through the top of the thing in the uninclined position.Buyer beware.

I have been using it for almost one month, function perfect. It is very quiet and stable, with many speeds you could choose whatever you want. I normally use it when I am working at home. Working meantime keeping exercises. It is very safety as well. When pressing the stop button, it will stop very gently, donât need to worry about being uncomfortable. Last but not least, very easy to assemble. One people is available to do it. I am so satisfied with this product and recommended to everyone if you wish to buy one.

As someone who spends 8-9 hours a day glued to a desk, the idea of a walking desk has always intrigued me. Could I actually work and exercise at the same time? Let’s find out Airhot Walking Pad â experiment in blending productivity and fitness.Let’s start with the positives. One major plus is that the Walking Pad arrives fully assembled. In an era where flat-pack furniture reigns supreme, this was a refreshing change. No tools, no instructions, just unbox and you’re good to go. As a side note, these days manufacturers are making consumers do their hard work assembling their product. It’s just getting ridiculous that you have to spend hours, if not days sometimes, to assemble a product that you already paid a premium price for.My initial impression was that the Walking Pad is smaller than it appears in photos. At 200lbs, I had some concerns about its stability. While walking felt fine, it’s important to remember this isn’t a treadmill. I felt a little cramped on the pad. If you have big feet, you’ll definitely need to pay attention to your steps to avoid tripping. The ad shows someone running, but I wouldn’t recommend it, especially for larger or taller individuals. It’s just not safe.Another consideration for my intended use was noise level. While the motors aren’t overly loud, they’re still audible. If you’re using a headset microphone during meetings, it should be fine. However, your audience might hear the motors if you’re relying on your device’s built-in microphone. This might be a distraction if you’re working in a very quiet environment. One feature I appreciated is the 15-degree incline option. It worked well, and I didn’t experience any stability issues. The adjustment is manual, but it’s simple enough. The digital display showing speed, distance, time, and calories is a nice touch, though the calorie count isn’t accurate. In reality, calorie burning count requires personalized body characteristics measurements that aren’t available in this machine. A remote control is included and is essential for operation. I’m not sure what happens if you lose it, which raises concerns about replacement parts and customer service from generic brands. I can’t imagine myself having to jump off the walking pad because I don’t have a remote, and certainly not kneeling down while walking to turn it off.Overall, the Walking Pad is a mixed bag for me. I love the concept of a walking desk, and the build quality seems decent. However, I have reservations about its long-term durability, customer support, and the availability of replacement parts. Only time will tell how it holds up.Pros:Fully assembled out of the boxDecent build quality15-degree incline optionDigital display with useful metricsIncludes remote controlCons:Smaller than it appears in photosNot suitable for runningInaccurate calorie countConcerns about long-term durability and customer support

I expected this walking pad to be bulkier and heavier than it is. It arrives very well packaged and literally ready to roll, right out of the box. Once itâs out of the packing and tape, you can really appreciate its sleek profile. While the box was marked that the treadmill was pink, itâs just the front part of the treadmill, not the mat, that is pink and black.Iâve been using this for a while now and have come to rely on this for dependable performance. It has a sturdy cord and grounded plug for power and the treadmill itself has a main power switch along with a remote for personalized control. While the walking pad is not made for running, I can certainly get up to a good fast walk on it. The surface beneath the mat has no cushioning, so keep that in mind and wear proper running shoes to use it. There are no bars to hang onto while walking, but at the pace that I maintain thatâs just fine. As always (and quite literally!), your mileage may vary. The remote is super handy to have and what I really like about it is when you press the Stop button, itâs such a gradual but safe slowdown to a stop. I do have a real running treadmill and itâs a bit more drastic than that!As much as I enjoy the remote, the best thing about this walking pad is that slim, low profile. It doesnât take up the room the way that a full-sized treadmill (with waist-level bars) does. And even though it doesnât have bars and a higher-up console, it has an easily visible screen on the floor to see where you are in terms of time, calories burned and speed. And it tucks away so easily!! Absolutely love the fact that it can go underneath our sectional and itâs easily pulled back out for workout time. This would be ideal for those in smaller living spaces who canât keep a treadmill/walking pad out taking up real estate permanently.I should point out that this small profile also lends itself to being placed under a desk for those who can work from home and have a standing desk. I donât (yet) but what a great way to get some steps in, if you can manage it.All in all, I havenât encountered a single negative thing about this walking pad. Iâm very happy with it and hope that it will last me a long time. If youâre on the fence about buying this, and looking for a slim-line, non-intrusive, hideaway walking pad for home exercise, I would definitely recommend that you consider getting this one.

This Portable Treadmill from AIRHOT is a great option for anyone who wants to stay fit on those days when the weather isn’t cooperating. It has a compact design and is fairly lightweight (just under 40 lbs.) so it’s easy to store in the corner of a room or under your bed when not in use. The two small roller wheels at the front make it easy to move around. The treadmill arrives fully assembled so it’s ready to use right out of the box. The package includes the treadmill, a remote control (battery installed) plus a spare 2032 battery, a Hex key for adjusting the belt tension and tracking, a bottle of lubricant and the user manual. The treadmill has a master power switch located at the front. When the switch is on, the treadmill can be powered on or off using the remote control. There’s a large LED display that can display the Time, Distance, Speed or Calories Burned, and a 2.5 HP motor that can handle speeds from 0.6 MPH up to 3.8 MPH. The speed can be adjusted in 0.1 MPH increments using the remote control. I’m 5′ 11″ with longer legs so the 3.8 MPH top speed is a nice brisk walk/light jog for me.The 5 layer running belt measures 15″ wide by 39.5″ long and has a diamond pattern surface that provides good grip. It’s a good size for walking but a little short for me when I do jog on it. The incline of the treadmill can be manually adjusted from completely flat up to 15 degrees by turning the two knobs located at the front of the machine. There are two additional support knobs located along the sides that can be adjusted so there’s less “bounce” when it’s in an inclined position.Overall I’m very happy with the size, build quality and price point of this portable treadmill and know it will get lots of use by both myself and my wife, particularly over the winter months. This gets a highly recommended and 4.5 out of 5 stars.
