Excellent kitchen faucet, it was easy to install and works great. I like the look of it, much better than our old one. It has good water pressure, is easy to switch from stream to spray and great customer service. Swivel works great, it is easy to clean and great height. Would purchase from this comp again.

UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: After posting my original review of this product (below), the manufacturer contacted me and was eager to see what they could do to make things right. They offered to replace the original product or give me a refund. I asked if they had another model of faucet that would work better with my filtration system, but they did not. They gave me a refund in the form of an Amazon gift card. While this product was not a good match for my application, the product overall seems to be of good quality and came with flexible options for easy installation. Also, the manufacturer did come back to me and worked to resolve the situation the best they could. Therefore, I increased my star rating from 2 to 4.I bought this a while back, mainly because the style of it matched my new kitchen sink faucet, and because the price seemed reasonable. The listing states it can be used with “Reverse Osmosis and Water Filtration” systems. I have a water filtration system that worked perfectly with my old drinking water faucet, but a wanted a new one that matched the style and finish of my new sink and faucet. While it does match, the water flow is so strong that if you try to fill a cup or glass the water splashes out of it and all over the sink and counter. I contacted the manufacturer and, instead of being eager to help, they seemed to be skeptical about what I was reporting to them, and wanted me to take videos and send them to them. The overall tone of their response did not lead me to believe they truly wanted to help, but instead wanted me to jump through hoops before they would lift a finger to help. I was not impressed with their lack of interest in helping me with this problem. The only good thing I can say about this product is that it was fairly easy to install and came with a variety of adapters and options for installation.

Love love love mine! When I bought a new place it needed a new sprayer anyways and I wanted something like this one so I decided instead of spending $100+ at Lowe’s or something I’d order one, was not disappointed! Did need different size fittings to my cold/hot water but it works well, the spray pressure is great! It pulls down and goes back up like it’s supposed to. I followed directions easily and it works great! It even recommended a plate to cover for the other holes I’d end up with and a plug for the separate sprayer hole from my old set up and you just have to make sure you get the correct sizes for those .

This faucet is just what I was looking for it was replacing one that looks almost the same but the previous one was very hard to take out in contrast this one was a simple to install. It looks great has a nice aesthetic and is sturdy. Definitely good value for the money.It was shipped and arrived next day as promised, well packaged and undamagedWhen I had trouble registering the warranty I reached out to the company via email and they responded within hours to confirm that I was registered.The brushed nickel doesn’t quite match my stainless steel sink but that may be the sinks fault, it’s quite old.Definitely would recommend this product.
