Great tasting water
This pitcher is great.Keeps your water cold. I’ve had pur filter pitchers and zero water pitchers,but the water tastes much better from this than anything i’ve had. I only have to charge it once a month. And it needs to be cleaned once a month. I found it doesn’t leak and it’s convenient to use. I love.Cold water but I hate making ice. The filter seems to last a long time because the water tastes great for quite a while. Compared to other pictures and filters that I bought in Walmart and nother stores , this one seems to last a lot longer. I love to be able to press to start and press to stop. No lifting out heavy pictures full of water get it right from the refrigerator. I only have to fill once every two days. Functions as advertised and the size is great.

I am pleasantly surprised at how well this reverse-osmosis like filter dispenser works to make the faucet water taste drinkable. The capacity is larger than a handheld drip pitcher, and filter lasts longer for replacement. The speed of water dispensing is slower than I’d like and slower than a drip pitcher, but with just a press of a finger, water dispenses until it is touched again. I love that it is rechargeable (cord included), which water will dispense while charging, but cord isn’t that long, so placing near an outlet on the countertop is a must. The opening on top for adding water is big and the handle helps for me to maneuver it from under the faucet to on top of countertop. Although, I am weary of how long the durability will last before the handle breaks from the repeated weight of water.Functions I wish that was added: the gallons dispensed counter, so I know when it’s time to change the filter. Although, there is a QR code to sign-up for monitoring – but not in real time, so it’s just a guesstimate as well. Also, wish that the charging indicator will show how long until fully charged- but it’s not much of an issue as directions say around 30 mins or so, and the green battery indicator will show solid when fully charged. I’ve not let it drain down to see if battery indicator actually does anything when charge is almost depleted. For this price, the functionality and taste of the water is worth it. Not sure how I’ll feel once I have to keep buying the filters in the future…

Fast shipping excellent quality amazing results!! Iâm reading this five stars. This is the most amazing water filter pitcher I have ever seen. I absolutely love it. The water is so fresh tasting. Very easy to assemble and itâs rechargeable to take to a table to dispense fresh clean water that has been filtered. We absolutely love it and recommend it for everyone. I was skeptical at the price, but is well worth it. Thanks

best thing iâve bought in a while
i never write reviews but this thing deserves it. love the color, fits nicely in my fridge and works very well. my only complaint is it dispenses a bit slow, sometimes i walk away while my cup is filling to do something else but compared to say a fridge water dispenser its not that much slower. definitely easier than a britta that takes forever to filter the water and is annoying to pour, i love that you can drink the water immediately and it tastes great. very worth it

I like it matches my kitchen aesthetic . It works properly. No complaints as of yet. I ran into a little issue and contacted their customer service and am beyond satisfied with them. Water quality and user friendly!
Very easy to use and clear crisp water. No weird taste or issues. Filter last for quite a while as well, I have a family of 5 and use it daily. Bought the first filter months after using it. No leaks or weird smells from the water. Perfect function and easy to use!

my water drop has a mind of its own…2-3 times a day when you are filling a to go bottle or whatever ….it won’t turn off…you can tap the off droplet and the water won’t stop pouring out…so I have a mess of water on my floor multiple times a day….EDITED….Harper, from Waterdrop customer service read my review….Harper went out of her way to fix my waterdrop unit and I couldn’t be happier…I’m so impressed with their customer service, and more specifically Harper, I will recommend this company and unit to all…they are beautiful units and I really love mine…
