Clean and tasty water and easiness to install system
After reading about several under sink kitchen water filter systems, I decided to get the WATERDROP 3 stage filter. I considered three factors: levels of filtering, cost a year to maintain the system (cost of filters), and the easiness to install. I just like the 8 stage deep filtration system. It filters all the elements most common in city water and makes the water taste great.The maintenance cost is about average for most filters — about $100 a year — so this was not an issue to me. I could had gone for another system to save me 20 dollars a year but I just felt the quality for this water filtration system was superior.Installation was very easy. The system came with all the parts needed. The installation video in Amazon was very clear and helpful, and after viewing it about three times, it only took me about 15 minutes to install it (never installed a water filter before).After the system was installed, I let the faucet of water filtered run for about 10 minutes and checked for leaks — no leaks. Then, I made a taste comparison test between the water straight from the faucet and the water from the filter. The water from the filter was so crisp, clear and very tasty. (I had filters before, so I know what clean water should taste like). Now I can make a cup of my expensive coffee and enjoy the flavor! But to me the most important issue is that I no longer have to carry those 40-bottled packages of water from the car to the house. Very satisfied with the WATERDROP 3 STAGE FILTER.

Faucet filtration system
Product is very easy to install. Work like wonders. Water don’t smell and taste great. Like it that you don’t have to change filters until about a year.

Easy install. Good quality with respect to price.
Extremely easy install. I did have to tighten one fitting more than I expected to stop a slow drip but that’s no big deal…just keep an eye out during the first 24 hours (which is no different than any plumbing job)I’d say the filters have 100% improvement to water smell and 90% improvement to taste. This was about what I was expecting from a non-RO systemThe filters do significantly reduce flow rate which in reviews people said wasn’t so bad. So with those issues I had to dock 1 star. If the flow rate was reduced much further I might have considered sending it back and get an RO system with a tank but it’s hard to beat this priceFor reference it now takes just under 30 seconds to fill my coffee pot to the 8 cup mark where as before it’d take just at 10 seconds. Not the end of the world but noticeable

Was skeptical but love it now!
I put off replacing our pitcher water filter and often did research on this and other faucet-based multi-module sink water filtration systems and always felt like I had more questions or that this wasn’t going to work in my sink. This product has met and exceeded my expectations! We live right around the corner from one of the many water treatment centers here in Chicago and often even with the pitcher filters we had in the past we could taste a strong flavor of chemicals including and especially chlorine. This product makes our water taste deliciously neutral. Even our coffee tastes better now! I can’t recommend this product enough especially if you’re experiencing the strong flavor of chlorine or other chemicals in your water. Installation was easy took me about an hour including rummaging for the right drill bits in my kit. The instructions were clear and easy to understand and there were adapters including with the pipe fittings needed to divert the line under the sink so I’m confident in saying that most sink situations have been thought of by Waterdrop when they developed this amazing solution to filtering your water. I even like how strong the force of the water coming out of the included faucet is. I don’t have to wait forever for the water to fill up like I’ve had to do at other people’s homes with other in-line sink filtration solutions. I usually don’t go out of my way to review things on Amazon but I liked this product so much that I actively went out of my way, unsolicited, to write this review. If you’re like me and you’re on the fence but really want tasty clean water for you and your family – this is a great solution!

Overall, the filter arrived promptly and as described. Installation was straightforward and I had it installed and running in a about 15 minutes (took me longer to gather my tools, clean out my under-sink cabinet, etc.). However, after about 1.5-2 months the cold water flow dropped drastically to the point that i cant use the filter as the cold water is coming out in drops (living alone I don’t use that much water either). Customer service was excellent and wanted to send me a replacements for one of the three filters. However, I returned the unit as I don’t want to replace filters every 1.5-2 months.

je l’ai installé très facilement avec le robinet dédié pour avoir une eau du robinet claire et pure, je ne suis absolument pas déçu et je n’achète plus de bouteilles en plastiquemon eau du robinet avec ce système est excellente !!!perso ça me change la vie au quotidien
