Looks and feels like a regular blanket
This waterproof blanket looks and feels just like a regular Sherpa blanket. You can barely tell that it’s waterproof. Very soft and plush. Completely waterproof, nothing gets through.

Bye bye dog hair!
This combo silky/sherpa throw exceeded my expectations! I discovered my dogs would play on my bed while I was away resulting in a comforter filled with dog hair. I got this throw to cover the bed while I was away. It works perfect. It actually deters dog hair. I washed and dried it several times and it doesnât lose shape or shed. I highly recommend!

Feels like a regular blanket
Some waterproof blankets have an obnoxious crinkly layer inside them. This one doesn’t!We have an older dog who has had a few accidents in his sleep. He loves to sleep in a pile of blankets, and I want him to be able to do that, but to protect the furniture that he’s on. This blanket lets him sleep in a bundle of softness on the couch or bed, but I don’t have to worry about if he has an accident and if it will soak through.The blanket is soft, warm, and has washed up well the couple of times that I’ve washed it. I really appreciate this blanket, and so does Matteo the dog!

Cats approve!
This is a very well-made blanket for pets. It’s nice and soft on one side, with a durable, waterproof backing on the other. After a quick wash, our cats were quick to take to resting on it, wherever we put it. In fact, while we had initially placed the blanket on our sofa, one cat liked it so much, he attempted to take it with him when he got up! Hence, the included picture of the culprit now relaxing on the blanket with it on the floor.Since we have four cats, we opted for the largest size available. There’s plenty of room for all four of them to relax together. It’s not exactly on the cheap side, but I think you’re certainly getting your money’s worth!

Perfect for couch and crate
We’ve been using this blanket for our goldendoodle, switching it between his crate at night and the couch during the day. The waterproof velvet side is great for protecting surfaces, while the plush Sherpa side keeps our pup cozy and comfortable. He absolutely loves snuggling into it, whether in his crate or during his daytime couch lounging. The quality of the blanket is great and it doesn’t shift around easily. The dark gray goes well with our couch and it’s nice enough where it can stay on the couch even with guests over. I’ll probably end up ordering another so I don’t have to move it between rooms

Extremely nice blanket
I actually got this blanket for the stray feral cats that we feed around our house for the winter. We made them a cat house so they would be warm and cozy this winter. Needless to say, after we received the blanket, our dog took it over before the cat beds got it.Itâs thick and weatherproof and you can tell this just by touching it. It has a soft velvet feel on one side and nice thick Sherpa on the other side. Itâs warm and cozy. I get this with how our dog just sinks down into it and doesnât move too much.We ordered a couple more for the kitties so they have theirs now. I would highly recommend this blanket for the four legged babies.

Love, love, love
This blanket is smooth and silky on one side, and warm, soft, and plushy on the other. Both sides are waterproof. A little water poured on either side sits on top and does not soak in. It is light in weight and yet thick and warm. The quality is excellent. You would never know this blanket is waterproof until it got wet. It looks exactly like the pics in the description. My pics do not do it justice.I ordered this to cover the back seat of my car to protect it from wet and muddy paws. While it works well and does not slide around, it is actually much too nice for this use. This blanket is so soft and cozy to snuggle on the couch. Both sides feel nice and soft on the skin. It is attractive enough to cover a couch or bed to protect it while providing a comfortable surface to sit or lie on. You could get this blanket for your dog, but you just may end up stealing it for yourself. This blanket is not just for dogs!

Nice Quality ~ Could be Better Value
Soft and comfortable and looks very nice.The color is nice and true and not an off-shade of gray, so it will blend well with similar décor styles.The “Sherpa” side is very cushiony and soft and adds a lot to the warmth of this blanket if you’re using it as a throw.As a chair/couch cover, the waterproof feature is good, especially when your dog is licking their paws, chewing on a toy or after drinking water and would otherwise tend to soak through to the upholstery below.It’s a good size and weight for a lot of different uses and also easy to take with you in the car, to move around room to room or when storing or washing.I like everything about the blanket, but the price could be a little better when comparison shopping.Thirty bucks is on the high end of the price spectrum for similar blankets.I would say mid to low twenties is closer to what I would expect to pay for a blanket like this and would feel like it was much better value if that were the case.It was shipped and received fast, so that’s a bonus.5- Stars for the look, feel and quality of the blanket as well as the shipping speed.3- Stars for the value…= 4- Stars average (my rating)
