I updated my existing cell phone holder with one that has great versatility. It has adjustments for vertical and horizontal presentations. It is also very sturdy.

To be honest I think the design is clunky compared to others out there. Also, I do not like the tiered cost model. Like the airlines, you pay extra for each feature. Telescoping is extra. Rotated view extra. Really!. To rotate your phone is extra. Having said that I purchased anyway. It was a gift. And Weathertech was specifically requested. Also, I prefer to support made in USA.I did install the unit and it was easy to do so. It was a durable product and well made. So you cant go wrong if you dont mind the tiered coating.

Is it worth the price?
This cell phone holder is all plastic. How is this thing so expensive? I think it’s just paying for a name brand. I do find it helpful but I forgot how much I paid for this a few years ago. And I bought one for my dad! SMHSo I had originally used this in a tiny hatchback car with manual transmission and the cup holder was behind the gear, so it was positioned almost to the side of me. I eventually stopped using it because of the position in my car. Now I have a larger suv, so it sits closer to the front of the vehicle, which is nicer. The convenience of having the phone facing you is very nice, but it’s still so short and is very low. You have to constantly look down if you need it for directions. I’ve often thought that I would like to have something that would somehow fit on the air vent or the dash because it’s more aligned with your line of sight. I just can’t justify buying anything else because this was so expensive, and overall, it does the job. I like that once you position it to your phones size, you can slip your phone in very quickly when getting into the car. I like how easy it is to charge your phone while it’s in the holder. I love the extension because it does get the phone higher up and you can play with the angle of how you want it. And if you are not using your phone primarily for directions, then having it in the holder is nice for if you want to start/stop podcasts etc. It’s nice to have a designated spot for your phone so you are not searching for it.The only major con: The plastic extension broke. I thought that it was done for and I would just have to take the extension off, but then I thought to look on their website.AND! There is a lifetime warranty. So I wrote to the company and they actually sent me a new extension piece, no questions asked. They do have very good customer service. I guess I found out about this company from the commercials on TV, but if it wasn’t for that, I don’t know if I would have bought this exact one. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and knowing that I have a lifetime warranty.

I have a fairly large phone now and my old CarFone holder was too small. This one fits my phone better and I can charge it at the same because the charging port is not covered.

I needed a device to hold my cell phone while driving my golf cart. As anyone who uses a golf cart for transportation in an around a gated community can tell you, you need something to secure your cell phone. You use the cart in place of a car, taking it to the grocery store, to fast food outlets, to restaurants, to entertainment venues and many other locations. Most times your pockets are full of other things and with cell phones getting bigger it is hard to carry. My golf cart has several compartments but they are all open and as the cart bounces around it will surely bounce out. I had purchased from Amazon (and returned) several other devices that either did not mount on the cart or were of cheap (Inferior) quality. I have used WeatherTech matts in many of my past vehicles and knew everything they put out is of the highest quality. I purchased this device on amazon and could not be happier. This device uses one of the 5 available cup holders built into my cart. You select the correct cup size from the many which are included with the device. It holds it securely in the cup holder as well as holding the phone securely in place. It allows you to charge the phone while in the holder as well as provides an adjustable height. I have used it to make hands free calls.

Quality and sturdiness is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!
I purchased this item in December 2022 and I have tried desperately to work with its poor quality and design of the arm on this thing…..it shakes while driving and has zero sturdiness to it all. Because the arm is so poorly built, it tends to bends from any simple touch and loosens up so easily. You have to tighten it so much and so freakin’ often. I FINALLY had enough and purchased another brand with a thicker more sturdy arm. Having paid $92.90 + tax for a total of $101.73 for an item that is not worth the cost, is ridiculous.Aside from loving the blue accents, the rest is just poorly built. My Samsung S23 with its simple protective case won’t even stay in the phone slot either. I have reached out to Weather Tech and requested a full refund…. we’ll see if they do it.When you tout proudly made in America but the end product doesn’t measure up, it is quite upsetting. I have purchased so many other American made products and no issues at all!!!
