Really like that itâs easy to remove
I am not an Athlete by any means! But I do use athletic tape all the time for old shoulder injuries, carpal tunnel pain & arthritis in my elbow. This Guard-Tex Sport Self-Adhesive Athletic Tape is one of the best Iâve used. It is 30 Yds long and 1.5″wide Itâs Non-Stick to your Hair or Skin., Comfortable and ,Sweat-proof. It is a great Support Tape for athletes or just old people that are still active with plenty of aches & pains. Highly recommended.

Sticks directly to Skin!
Great athletic tape, very flexible and sticks directly to the skin without any pre-wrap, product is non-latex therefore no skin irritation when running and sweating which is a plus.

Exactly what I wanted
I didn’t get this for its traditional use of joint/muscle support during exercise, though I think it would also do a super job of that. I got it because have large areas of skin that need to be kept medicated and covered, and they don’t make bandages large enough. If I do have an area that fits under one of those “extra large” bandages (the pad area hardly covers more than 2″ in the widest direction), the pack usually only contain 8, at a high cost, and I go through a minimum of 2/day. In addition to the exorbitant cost, I’m also allergic to the adhesive and can’t wear a bandage in the same spot for more than about 4-5 days. So, since I have to keep things wrapped, and medical wrap is also pricey, I have to look for alternatives. Bandage wrap for animals, for example, is identical to medical wrap for humans, at a lower price. Same here. Not intended for medical use, but will work to keep my wound covering against my body, with no irritation from any adhesive. I love the tin it comes in. The length of the roll should last me a decent amount of time. I think $20 (at time of purchase, 6/14/24) is reasonable.

Not like normal athletic tape
I was expecting this athletic tape to be useful for taping joints, such as the ankle, and was disappointed that it wasn’t really good for that type of athletic tape use. This Sport Self-Adhesive White Athletic Tape by Guard-Tex is much more like the Coban wrap used when someone gets their blood drawn at the doctor. It didn’t seem to provide the same level of support that you usually see with more standard athletic tape. However, it also doesn’t stick to your skin. It may be great for some uses, but not for the traditional use of athletic tape to provide structure and support for the ankle.

Great packaging
I was looking for some sports wrap for those times I get a cut or scrape on a joint or finger. Using just a bandaid it’s always on the edge of falling off or getting in the way of using my fingers, so having this wrap will help return full mobility and usefulness.The wrap is great, but the packaging really made me smile. A nice tin to protect it from the elements and they even added a little QR code on the inner lid so you can easily order a replacement. Such a neat little touch.

Solid purchase at a reasonable price
My wife and I play volleyball, and as we’ve gotten older, we experience some discomfort time to time in our fingers and knuckles while playing.We ordered this sports wrap tape after a friend suggested it. I have to say I was a bit reluctant that cloth tape would provide support and comfort while playing, but wife and I are both believers now!Not only this wrap very strong, I have to use a sharp scissor to cut and remove them once finished playing. The support it provides is amazing by keeping my fingers wrapped together it allows me to play more physical and not worry about the constant discomfort of playing barehanded.The material is a relatively thin cloth, but once wrapped a few times around the designated area it offers increased dexterity.Overall, my wife and I have turned back the clocks and can now keep up with our teenagers again while playing competitive volleyball.
