Only treats my cats like
My cats love these treats! I would say they are on the exspensive side because the bag is less then half full and I have two cats and I use them as a treat like a food topper once or twice a week, they don’t care for other cats treats or wet food so I don’t have an issue spending a little more on these I get a bag about every two weeks but sometime they do come on sale so I will buy more. My cats seem to think they taste good because they eat them right up, I wouldn’t say they are hard because they don’t sound crunchy when they eat them, they are thick like hard chunks of albacore tuna it looks like. The ingridents list is simple so I feel like it’s a good value for your money overall you are aware of what you are giving your cat.

happy cats!
cats love these! i open the bag and they can smell it and come running. the quality is great and their coats are thriving. you get some pretty big chunks- itâs best to cut them further before giving to your cats, so the bag lasts a while for the price.

Best cat treats!
My cats love these treats! They are picky about so many other products, but have consistently loved these, so I get them monthly so we never run out! They even love them sprinkled on top of their food for added flavor and texture. Great product, great quality!

Good product but may be dangerous to gobbling cats.
My cats love the taste, but my greedy girl has had problems swallowing. It’s freeze dried, which is fine, but the pieces are quite large. It says you can moisten it with water.

Our kitkit LOVES these!
I mistakenly tried a different brand for my last order. I have sure learned my lesson! I hate fish and the smell of these really isn’t bad at all. Our cat fell in love with these from the very first one she ate. Sometimes she gets a couple as a treat and sometimes, when she is being finicky about her food, I will crumble a couple of them up and sprinkle on top of her canned food. She will then scarf down anything! I HIGHLY recommend these salmon treats for your cats or dogs. They are wonderful! I think the thing I like the most about this line is that there is only one ingredient, the protein. These work wonderfully for our diabetic cat. She can have a few a day and it still keeps her weight in the healthy range. She truly has trained us well… if we go anywhere near our bedroom, where “her space” is located, out of the reach of our dogs, she has made it clear that she should get a treat! I don’t have to tell her no that often anymore since these treats are so much better for her.

May have made my cats sick
Iâve been giving these to my cats for years. So recently, when they started vomiting then not eating at all I didnât suspect they were the problem. We had a very expensive visit to the ER, followed by seeing the normal vet. All lab work was fine and eventually they started eating again. When these treats were reintroduced (a couple days after they began eating again) the vomiting came back. And the contents of it are very clearly these treats. After coming to these reviews to see if anyone else had the same problem I have to agree with the many other customers that say the treats now seem harder and are a lighter color. This is a real shame. They used to love them and enjoyed many bags without incident. But the product quality has changed in a way that likely caused health problems. The ramifications of that were also costly and required a lot of time to address.

Cats Adore These, Great for Training
OK, Amazon asks you to rate this by “Flavor”, “Value for Money”, and “Scent”.So, flavor… I refuse to taste them, but if I go by the reaction my cats have to them, this is the tastiest stuff that has ever existed on earth. Even my Mr. Picky Eater will crunch on this.Value for money… They’re a little pricey, but considering what you get I think they’re a good value. It’s just salmon, freeze dried into crunchy, puffy, pieces. Nothing else. So if you consider how much salmon there really would be in this little bag if you reconstituted it, plus the effort of freeze-drying it, it’s definitely a good value. As for scent, well, it depends on who you ask. To me it smells like a wet wharf on a sunny day, and not in a good way. To the cats it smells like something worth ripping a drawer open to get to, so I went ahead and gave that five stars.I bought some of this at the pet store accidentally a while back, and my two cats went nuts for it. So I just got a big bag to use for training, because it’s something I know they like. I wish it was in smaller pieces for the training aspect because I want to give little bits at a time to keep the incentive going; it’s in random chunks and you do get a fair bit of fish dust in the bottom of the bag, especially after breaking some of the bigger chunks into cat-sized pieces. But I mean, it’s dried fish so how would there not be fish dust?If you’ve got a cat that’s finicky about treats, unless they’re weird little fish-haters I think they’ll go for this.

My cat loves it and it is made in the USA
My cats won’t eat it whole (pieces are too big), so I chop it up. I chop it very fine and soak in water for about a minute. My cat boy LOVES it. He makes sure to get at every drop and goes after the small pieces with his paw to make sure he gets every bite. ð. To top it all off, IT IS MADE IN THE USA so I can be sure of the quality.
