YOu need to learn how to open it after it freezes and may be tricky to pull the top for the first time. You need to clean the little spaces when it closes so that it does not freeze that crazy. So I always take a sharp knife and clean the frozen bits of it. Makes it easier to open next day. I use it every day since I got it. Really adds to my routine and motivates me!

My stylist recommended this but I’m on the fence about it doing anything useful. It’s just rubbing ice on my face and an ice cube would be just as effective. However, the design give’s the ice a large and smoothness. It’s a functional thing in that it freezes the ice and is easy to fill. Has a good weight and is easy to clean.
