It Really Works!
I like to stay in shape by going to the gym, but on the days I can’t get there, I work out at home. A person can do a full workout with nothing but a kettlebell. Even those who make use of every machine in the gym can benefit from workouts with kettlebells.
I had a devastating accident, then a ruptured gallbladder, so you can imagine my workout schedule was set back some. Because of that setback, I had to begin working out almost like a beginner again. One of the first things I bought for our home gym was this kettlebell. It’s only five pounds (I’m ashamed to admit that), but five pounds is what I need to start with right now. I’ll work up from there.
This kettlebell is very well made. It’s so well made that I think it might last forever, yet it’s very reasonably priced. It works. I do a lot of different exercises with this kettlebell. Some kettlebell exercises engage every muscle in the body, and I want to be able to do them, even if it’s only with a five-pounder.
If you’re just beginning to work out or are elderly or can’t use more than a five-pound kettlebell right now, I really recommend this one. It’s even better than the ones at my gym. Just be careful no one’s in the way when you swing it.

Excellent Apartment Choice
The rubber base is definitely and apartment must have item. My neighbors downstairs reported that it just sounded like footfalls in my apartment when I set it down. My dumbells don’t get the same response. And yes I am setting them down gently it’s just they make differing levels of noise.
I will only be using the kettlebells when I work out later at night since the neighbors have young children who go to sleep much earlier than I ever manage to do.
The way the weight is not evenly distributed, due to the shape, definitely creates a greater challenge to my muscles with a light weight.

It’s a kettlebell!
I’ve been using kettlebells for all of my workouts for some time now and have a few different types. I really like these as they have the vinyl coating which protects other objects from damage if you accidentally bump into them. I also love the padded bottoms to protect my floor as well as provided a much more stable base to do exercises involving using the KB as a base supporting my bodyweight as some do not have truly smooth and flat bottom surfaces. The handles are good thickness and size to grip and the color coded vinyl also make the weights easy and quick to identify. Some of the best value kettlebells for the money and definitely get the job done. At the end of the day, it’s a weight with a handle.

Great for Home Workouts
This kettlebell is a fantastic addition to my home gym! The rubber base is a nice touch, keeping my floors safe and steady during workouts. The handle is wide enough for a comfortable grip, even for two-handed swings, and the weight distribution feels spot on.
The only reason I didnât give it five stars is that the paint on the handle feels a bit slick when my hands get sweatyânothing a quick towel wipe canât fix, though! For the price and functionality, itâs definitely a great buy. Perfect for anyone looking to level up their strength training at home!

This weight is easy to use and I use it in my daily physical routine. I even put it in my laundry basket when I do laundry. So I’m still exercising while I’m doing house chores. I will definitely be buying a heavier weight when this one gets too light.
