Well made and dog approved
This takes 30 minutes for our energetic goldens to chew/lick and then they nap for an hour. Absolutely worth it. Also can be thrown in the dishwasher. The red/black version works perfectly. Comes with its own ice cube treat maker. This is a very well engineered, and well constructed dog toy. Made for tough chewers but can also be licked for dogs that arenât strong chewers.

Great toy
I wasnât expecting these to be a large or durable as well constructed. They are built like a tank and the dogs loved them with kibble. We havenât used the frozen treat option yet (in freezer now) but I am positive the pups will also enjoy that method. Perfect size for our 100lb Colorado Mountain Dogs.

Worth it for big chewers
Great for big chewers (mastiff)! It easy to just mix non salted broth, and kibble to occupy for a good 15-20 minutes. Doesnât get chewed up.

Great dupe for woofâs Pupsicle
Update 10/5Wanted to add that we always hand wash and never in dishwasher. The amount of veg oil we have to spray and spread is a lot and the smell permeates onto the rubber. So far my pup doesnât seem to mind but I have to wipe it properly before giving so that the oil doesnât end up in her sensitive stomach! This is such a good tool for frozen treat/food, shame the screwing mechanism is still sticky. Caution:donât get it wet (as in soak it) after the food is gone as you will struggle to get the lid off!Update@9/12/24Have to spray a lot more oil to lubricate it. It getting increasingly hard to use. Previously it was still ok with light lubrication but itâs getting annoying nowHard to screw on/off. I have to spray oil on the threads (saw this was recommended on the booklet should twisting become challenging) each time we use it. We scrub it clean after each use but the threads donât âloosenâ and each time itâs challenging. My pup usually loves to chew on the âtoyâ to loosen the frozen food but with this one (due to size and also the design) she just licks so itâs great! I think she enjoys it and takes her approx 10min. We use her moisten mushed up RX hills kibble as she has sensitive stomach

AMAZING for aggressive chewers and more.
We got this for our Pitty, who is a very aggressive chewer …. not only does she love the frozen treat inside, but she actually chews on the outside of it and has yet to get through it, it also works as a distraction toy as our fur baby currently has an ear infection and after treating her ears, we give her this to keep her busy so that the drops can get down in her ears, good…. I would purchase again and recommend to others.

Not durable
Love the concept! Unfortunately, the materials used are not strong enough for my 45 pound chewer. She has had a Kong for years. This product didnât last through two supervised play times.

Heavy duty
My dog loves this and itâs heavy duty enough that she takes it everywhere with her. She just loves regular ice cubes in it but we have also put biscuits, frozen yogurt w/blue berries and ice with little chunks of fruit and cheese in it.Had it for about a month

I wrote a review for the blue ones over a month ago
…and I think the manufacturer either heard our complaints about the difficulty opening this product and changed the product for the better, or the red ones are made of different materials. For some reason the blue ones are really, really hard to unscrew. The threads stick and the rubber absorbed any cooking oil I used to grease them. I wound up using food-grade, non-toxic silicone lubricant on the threads. These red ones just work. No sticking! My dogs love them, they’re easy to clean and refill, and I have no complaints. My only worry is whether the silicone tray to make the pupsicles is sturdy enough to last. At this point I have a stack of trays because each ball I buy comes with a tray, so I’m not that concerned. They’re cheaper than the original and serve a house full of foster dogs at a lower cost.
