Great invention for yoga mat!
This terrific knee pad is the exact same width as my yoga mat. It is great to place under my knees or hips depending on yoga pose. I previously needed to carry two yoga mats to the gym for comfort on a hard floor. With this knee pad, I now only need to use one yoga mat along with the knee pad. It is very good quality. It does not get any indentations in it during or after use.

I bought this specifically for knee protection when doing yoga, but I realized it also works great for knee protection when scrubbing my floors. That’s actually my favorite thing about this mat now because it makes a terrible chore bearable. Love it!

Cushion for your knees
This Yoga knee pad has the right amount of thickness to provide cushioning between the floor and my knee, I would get join pain without it. It also provides great lower spine support for core workout moves such as the jack knife or raised legs.The length is exactly the width of a standard size yoga mat. The material is liquid resistant making it easy to clean off. Its soft material allows for it to be rolled up and stored away easily.I’ve had this for at least a year now and I love it for my knee arthritis.

The product doesn’t slide about and keeps my knees (which are both old and fragile) from grinding through a mat or on the bare floor. You use a mat for the garden, using one for yoga is a no brainer.

Seit einer üblen Verletzung vor einigen Jahren führe ich alle knieenden Asanas nur noch mit einer gefalteten Decke unter den Knien aus – da nützt mir auch meine dicke Manduka Black Mat Pro nicht viel, wenn ich Schemrzen vermeiden möchte. Die Decke ist okay und erfüllt ihren Zweck (zumal immer verfügbar und gratis), rutscht aber gerne mal und die Kanten drücken oft auf die Schienbeine. Wenn ich den Abstand falsch kalkuliert habe, kniee ich mich beim Sonnengruà auch schon mal direkt auf die Kante. Das tut weh.Beim Stöbern bin ich auf diese kleine Zusatzmatte gestoÃen, von der ich noch nie zuvor gehört hatte. Da sie günstig ist und die Beschreibung gut klang habe ich sie mir testweise gleich bestellt – und bin begeistert! Super weich, rutschfest, stinkt nicht, fühlt sich gut an. Man kniet damit wie auf Watte 🙂 Ich habe sie auch bei Delfin und Kopfstand getestet, wo mir oft die Ellenbogen schmerzen und eine rutschige Decke aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht in Frage kommt. Auch hier perfekt.Geliefert wird das gute Stück mit einem praktischen Trageband, man kann das Pad aber auch einfach in die Yoagmatte einrollen.Ãber den Langzeiteinsatz kann ich nach ein paar Tagen natürlich noch nichts sagen, das Material scheint aber recht robust zu sein. Ich habe beim Ãffnen der Folie versehentlich eine Macke mit der Schere reingedrückt, die mit ein biÃchen drüber rubbeln und “atmen lassen” schon fast vollständig verschwunden ist.
