Love it!
I have used this dvd for over a year now. The breathing techniques are great. I find myself more aware of my breathing now. My flexibility has gotten 100% better. You can use this 3 days a week and after just 1 month you start seeing and feeling a difference. You do have to work this dvd into your routine. It’s best not to eat a heavy meal before you use this. After about 6 months, I was able to skip straight through to the total body workout and actually complete the entire dvd. I had my husband workout with me using this dvd and it really changed his mind. He didn’t think it was intense enough for him, but he didn’t make it through the entire dvd. It is a workout and it will improve your flexibilty.

Sheâs everything in my life
I have been a faithful yoga student to this video since 2012 and itâs 2022. This video helps with toning core strengthening and overall lifts the spirit. It is a must for any yoga level and a must have for every mom.

Try it, you’ll love it!!
I have tried different exercise routines to help with wt loss and shaping, I love how yogalates has helped me achieve these goals easily. Believe me, i’ve done lots of cardio and wt training with slow results, you will see and feel immediate results! My husband can even tell when i’ve done my workout, he notices my posture, he says I look “perky”! Anyhow, after I “mastered” Vol 1, I am now on Vol 2 and very pleased with the advanced level. I do workouts 1,2 and 3 all as 1 workout, but there is an advanced total workout that I will try in 3 months. I recommend Louise Soloman to my friends, its definitely for a beginner without any yoga or pilates experience. I am sure you will be very happy with how your body will feel/look good without tiring/boring wt lifting routines and extensive cardio. I was able to cut my cardio from 40min to 20 min and still lose wt. and get stronger with these simple exercises. Try it you’ll love it!

Great for getting back up to speed
I have recently had cancer, so had to go through chemo, radiation, and surgery. So, I was weak and had no muscle tone or strength. I had this dvd on the shelf from years ago and started using it a section or two at a time and now I do the whole dvd as I am still not strong enough to handle the vigorous and harder practices I used to prior. But, I am building up strength in leaps and bounds and I owe much of that to this dvd. She continually tells you what you should be doing with each part of your body and your breathing. Can do a downward facing dog now without crying. But, I will get there.

Very good
Lasts as long as you would like because it has different parts. We do the first 2 or 3 parts and it lasts about an hour, which is how long we exercise. Then there is another part for advanced. We have tried it but we’re not there yet! It is very good, as we have another beginner tape by Louise that we love (it looks like this cover so order it too if you want another good dvd). I would recommend this for everyone. She is known for not injuring you during workout as she was injured when she first started doing yoga. Yes, it seems slow but believe me, your core body will be strengthened and stretched unbelievable well.

Nice video for the price
I bough this video in conjunction with the Yogilates video. Comparing the two are like night and day. This video is more pilates, where Yogilates is more Yoga. So, if you are looking for a milder version of pilates – this is your video. I preferred the Yogilates.

This is the slowest and most boring “exercise” DVD ever! I went straight to workout 4 aka advanced student and I had to stop to write this review. I can’t stand it. It’s so boring, her voice is making me cringe and you can YouTube better workouts, for free! DO NOT BUY THIS. I guess I would recommend this for people who are truly starting out (never ever exercised, and I do mean ever) and even then I would feel like they’re wasting their money.
